I went in after church for a Red Bull and they were on sale so I got 3 as well as 2 other energy drinks on sale for my boyfriend and one other item on sale 2/$1. The clerk, Cheryl, stated she was not trying to steal from me as I did the math on the total in my head, she said she didn’t want anything there that she worked there and I added up the amounts on my phone calculator outside of the store once looking at the receipt and realized she charged me for an extra drink. I went back inside to correct it and she was very rude, mocking me for having a calculator. Telling me it was only $2.24-which she was wrong about the amount-She had an attitude with me the entire transaction and did the math on a spare receipt then gave me $2.24 out of her register (I paid with a credit card originally) she still gave me the wrong change; she charged me $2.99 for the extra drink I did not purchase so the correct change back would have been $3.24. She also told me “you have to pay tax” with a snarky tone. I am aware I have to pay tax but the total was still incorrect even adding tax. $3.24 isn’t a lot, It won’t break me; but it IS MY money that I work for. It was the principal of her entire demeanor towards me and I was never ugly back to her despite how she behaved towards me over addressing her mistake. I didn’t even go back in to get the correct amount she should have returned. Customer service is critical when you’re dealing with customers physically to their face and Cheryl, you have none. I will not be back.

Not sure if the lady's name she has dark hair worked sat evening she was awesome I believe it's Carole , she knows exactly what to smokes I don't even have to ask live her keep up the good work

How are you gonna tell me I can not use the restroom at a 24 hour convenience store at 9pm?! Next time I’ll just pee in the floor and let you clean it up!! There is no reason for that restroom to be out of order. It was perfectly fine to use. How about focusing on good customer service. People are traveling. Get a brain and learn how business works!!!!!

Just a horrible human being working at night.. I came to get a money order she told me how I had to have cash.. I went to get cash and when I came back she refused to sell it to me because I was 3 minutes late three minutes past 8:30. I work 15 hour days and cannot get things done during work hours she was rude hateful and refused to help me

Credit card machine was out, kept denying every card I had. Wasted 15 min of my time, then asked told to put merchandise up after voluntarily putting a couple of things back. Credit card machine getting fixed should be made a priority if it is broken or on the door it should say card reader machine broken. Really irritating
