Circle K is a joke. I prepaid for $20 on pump 7 with my debit card and the cashier put it on pump 8 without my knowledge and then someone came in and pulled up to pump 8 and stole my gas without realizing it and I stood at the pump for almost 20 minutes and then when they realized it they refused to refund me my money. They are a bunch of theives and liars. I will never shop there again and I would recommend that nobody else does either and I am calling corporate in the morning. This store doesn't even deserve a half star much less a 1 star. I will be sure that the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is aware of their business practices. I have also heard some of the employees uttering racial slurs under their breath.
Went to store on #/10/2023.. a lady from store was rude to me said i was ignorant for parking near where she was washing the area outside, rude service i was kind enough to move but properly securing the area would have been better and explaining situation instead of talking to us like that. very bad service.
The worst place to spend money. I was denied service because my ID didn't meet their requirements as if it was obligated by law, FYI as long as it's valid. People think they know everything . There manager and employee screaming at each other outside. No professionalism. Dont bother getting friendly.
Circle K is taking advantage of Florida's already impacted by the storm. Do not give them your $$$ I bought and paid for a little coffee cup full of ice they told me cup dist was impacted by Ian so no big deal I found a cup I has gotten the previous day put the small cup into it went back in to refill the tiny cup with ice again only to be told I have to pay for ice because of the storm because if they don't have ice they can't sell soda ! But they have no cups to sell soda unless you want to pay full price for a coffee cup full of soda 2 drinks. Circle k has lost my business
Just like the other review, I have been forced to visit this store for the past 6 years because it is closest to my house and I am handicapped. The other review summed it up pretty well. Even though I go there daily, and greet all of the employees by name, they still treat me like I've never been there before. The place is always messy, the ice machine is always broken, and you will ALWAYS wait in a long line because the cashiers really don't care about their job. I have seen employees tell customers to go FK themselves, I have seen employees throw money back at people because they paid in change and were like a dime short. I have seen them flat out lie to customers and say they are out of things (Ice, Soda, Cups) because they just don't want to refill them, when you can clearly see the cups stashed under the soda machine and the ice bin they use to fill the broken machine is right outside. One time, some elderly woman said "The cups are right here I'll fill it for you since you are busy." The cashier actually left and went outside and had a cigarette telling everyone in line they can wait and told the woman that filled the cups for her to get the FK out of the store. Needless to say, everyone in line left It is a sign of the poor management of this place. They have employees that obviously hate their job and usually quit within a month or two (As a daily visitor it is easy to notice the high turnover rate and the always "Hiring Sign") . That is all on management. Also, make sure you check your receipt because because they will have sale signs for sales that ended a month ago and never bothered taking them down (charging you full price). The sad thing is, up until 2 years ago, when the new manager took over, it used to be a fantastic store. The employees would greet the regulars by name, would automatically grab people who smoked brand of cigarettes, and would even chat with the customers no matter how busy they were during the brief moments when a credit card would be waiting for approval etc..... would automatically grab my brand without me needing to ask. Since management was better, the employees had all been there for at least a year or longer and the place actually felt like a mom and pop type store. Now, I, and many other people, feel like they don't want our business, so we go to the BP that is nearby instead. Within a few days, the employees say hi to me by name, and actually now ask me about personal things because they took the time to get to know me. It is more expensive, but I would much rather spend a dollar or two more than ever go back to Circle K.
I would actually rate this store with a half of a star! For almost 4 years my spouse and I have frequented this convenient store almost daily. Every experience is almost stomach turning. The waiting you do in lines is unbearable because theres never 2 cashiers working the 2 cash registers. The bathroom always smells of urine. The soda machine is consistently out of ice and soda. The place is always trashed with lids, wrappers, straws, etc.floors and counters are sticky and messy. Due to is location and decent prices we put ourselves through the miserable experience to get the things we need daily. The cashiers are less than knowledgeable and lack any personality what so ever. They often seemed confused by every transaction, and refuse at all to remember repeat customers! Which is my biggest complaint yet with this place! The only standard and policy they strive for is asking for your ID for cigerettes and alcohol. You could have just been there the previous day, and had a conversation with the cashier and she will still ID you again and again, and if you dont have it they refuse to sell to you, and it will wreck your day every time. It's just ridiculous to think people have forgotten how to work in the retail industry. Remembering your repeat customers used to be a top priority when trying to keep people coming to your business....This store unfortunately would probably be better ran by a bunch of monkeys....so sad...

I used to frequent this store at night, but lately, the entrance is always blocked by loitering and pan handlers. Same looking faces and bikes all night.

Been shopping at this circle K for years. Employees have been nice but today I had gotten attitude from the newest girl they hired for no reason. Yes I gave one back in front of other customers but I do believe she shouldn’t be talking to customers like that
We have been attending Circle K for years we have always had good service there is a new employee this guy was so disrespectful he has no customer service skills he is very disrespectful then he throws the product we’re purchasing at us terrible & disrespectful we left the store & purchased our Gas else were that was the worst service I ever had ! # shouldn’t matter color of my skin to deserve respect .
I've been accused of stealing coffee on multiple occasions while they watched me like a hawk making the coffee to begin with, don't trust your own eyes? Rude staff. Will not go there ever again.
