The female working there today about 1030am has absolutely no business working with customers. She tried over charging me so I pointed it out and she lost her mind. She said that's the amount and I said no and gave her the prices of the items. She had the audacity of yelling at me because one of her products didnt have a sticker and then said I should have told her that before she rang it up. I just looked at her in shock. She started banging on the register and gave me an amount higher than the first time. Again I said no, it's still too much. She mumbled something said fine I will start over but it will come up as the same thing and I will prove how wrong you are. At that point I said she was being rude and like a 5 year old she said well you were rude first. I looked at the other customers who were saying how awful she was. Well when she rang it up again I was right. Do you think she apologized..nope! Just pushed my stuff to the side and yelled next. She is the sorriest excuse for a customer service job. The store was dirty, she was absolutely awful and I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere. I also shared my experience on our local business board at my job of 600 people that is right down the street and will make sure they avoid this location! I feel sorry for any customer that has to interact with her. The other customers that witnessed her pitiful behavior even said they wouldn't be back.

The worse gas station by my house! I came up to trade out my propane tank, the old man said oh great then rolled his eys. He then looked under a couple things then said I can't find the keys. Also most times I'm up here there is only one clerk working and you might be waiting 15 minutes in line to make a purchase. I really don't know why I keep coming here?

I stopped there 10/29/22 for gas, a fountain soda, and to cash in lottery scratchers and buy draw game tickets. Tasha said she was new but was a delight - very friendly, great service. Didn't rush to make sure everything was right, and still faster than some people other places.

I've been a loyal customer as I work across the street. They refused to check me out and made me use self checkout. I buy breakfast and lunch DAILY here as well as gas. They have officially lost my business.

I have watched the steady decline of all aspects / operations / employees of my local gas station over the 18 months. Honestly, if it were not for one of their employees ( Tom) who is always pleasant and efficient, I probably would have made the decision I made this evening a while back. So, tonight was THE LAST TIME I will set foot in what used to be a great ,little ,close gas station on Truman I’m done! 🤮

I’m not sure why you spent money to upgrade the food services. Now I get to look at empty shelves instead of empty rollers when I stop in for breakfast. The new young gentleman who “helped” me this morning never sat his phone down and it was blaring some pretty offensive music. It was really my usual experience when I stop here. My few good experiences here are only when the shorter dark haired manager gal is on duty. Sorry I can’t think of her name. This place is 1/2 mile from my home and right on my way to work but after sooooooo many disappointing morning stops here I will just have to start going miles out of my way. Thanks Circle K...

Absolute worst customer service EVER 2 times in a row. My first call to manager was about a completely unprofessional cashier (cussing at another worker about her manager AND telling me if I smell burning it was dead bodies from Baue)..... haven't been back until today. Had to ask for help after standing at register for atleast a minute with 2 people waiting behind me while she was texting. After paying I literally had to reach all the way across the counter to get my items because she just turned around to do something else, didn't push my stuff back to me, ask if I needed a bag, thank you or anything. Ridiculous!

1☆ for the new cash out register. Possibly the dumbest thing I've seen at a register. Pay a guy to teach people to cash themselves out. Why not let him work.
