They dont follow what the meal packages entails ..just because i opted for takeaway they decide to pack poorly cooked chips with no salt or sauce, and the sodas were missing yet i paid the full amount.
Im so disappointed and the way i was welcomed warmly.

Very dry chicken , brought four small pieces as a full chicken , worst service, eat here at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend. Their food doesn't taste fresh poured all the food I ordered after one bite, what a waste 😓

Waiters are liars. We ordered for two full chicken, the portions were definitely not full chickens! The chips were not hot when served. We had to request for extra 1/4 chicken & chips, whereas in the display it shows one receives a 350 ml soda, the waiter insisted we didn't qualify for one. Finally, we had a burger, & the receipt showed it would come with a 350 ml soda, this too was not provided.

We arrived to a dirty and disorganized restaurant. Next, the staff gave conflicting prices, and tried to force us to pay more for the ordered items. Staff took long to deal with the sudden price change issue, by lying that they are consulting with their manager. Finally, their Large pizza is not worth the price ( should be medium since the crust is really thin), and doesn't taste good. Would not recommend!

Was there yesterday, Monday 5th December 2022. Ordered a discounted chicken, chips and a 350ml soda combo for ksh 500. Worst food/junky ever, It was actually yuck! Took a while before serving, then they bring cold fries, double or maybe triple deep fried chicken that's super dark brown, definitely tasting yesterday, and served us with a plastic fork. I asked for a better fork and they said that's what they serve with.
Atmosphere looked just okay at first, until you want to wash your hands at a tiny sink that doesn't fit your hands properly, then you start to notice, this place has a certain vibe that isn't pleasant.
Professionalism 1/10
Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I had to wait for 35 minutes for my food and it was served cold and was not per order given. Girls re-took the order and again same order was served again. Too bad experience. Had to leave without food after spending one hour in the reasturant.

While their chips, burgers and sausages are delicious, they unfortunately have not figured out their delivery and professionalism. The staff tried to swindle me out of money on two occasions at the counter, denying me the receipt, and it's taken upto 2.5 hours for a delivery that was made directly to restaurant.
