Small amount of chicken, lots of everything else..kinda makes you think, if it was worth what you pay for....if I was to buy everything they added on, plus the chicken, it would have cost me more, plus cooking the chicken. But then you have to take into account the gas, traveling time to get there.. if they would just add more chicken into the Pancho sandwich it would have justified your spending, and everything else involved. The chicken tasted fresh and was cooked well. The corn nuggets and biscuits were good. The fries were disappointing. They need to improve the fries so that they are not soggy and not super thin and the quantity. The sundae was also good. One of the fastest Church's I've visited. When there is no line, you can get in, order and out in a few minutes. Food quality is more consistent that in similar quick service restaurants.

Order incorrect and no utensils...it was a take out so when I got home I was very disappointed and obviously did not go back. My mistake for not verifying my order

I usually go to Churches Chicken at Plaza Guaynabo. I love that restaurant. It is excellent. Need to be remodeled and offer more dishes like chicken soup as part of the menu. Could be in breakfast time.

Their line is too long and even though the food is good...it's incredible that you have to wait in a drive thru for 15 minutes just to get an order of 2 packs of corn nuggets.

It's neither dry nor spicy or bland like the typical KFC or Popeye's experience, everything is juicy and full of flavor and its a shame theres not any of these near my city or home
