Clean place with limited games, food looks okay and another place for kids to visit and play however everything is completely overpriced. Take a look at game and game/food packages! A little outrageous to be honest. Compared to the US where Chuck E. Cheese is a affordable place where “a kid can be a kid” including adults playing games, this place here is too expensive and I hope they review their prices.

overall, I had a alright experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant and full of energy, which made it a perfect spot for kids and families to enjoy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was also impressed with the quality of the food served at Chuck E. Cheese. The large pizza we ordered was fresh and delicious, with a generous amount of toppings that were perfectly cooked. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just the way I like it. The cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the sauce had a zesty tang that added to the overall flavor of the pizza. However, the only downside of my visit was the wait time. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes to get our order, which was only a large pizza. The wait was a bit frustrating.

Overpriced and poor customer service. For food this price, I expect that either the quality and taste of the food would be good or the service would be good. Unfortunately, it was neither. We were not told that we were able to split the pizza toppings and when we wanted to change our order to split the toppings which costed the same, they were not able to. Very inflexible. We also wanted to change the sauce we ordered because the cashier pressed the wrong one and the waiter lied to us saying it’s not available. So had to talk to the cashier to change the sauce. I tried blue cheese and ranch and I highly recommend ranch because it’s the only good sauce there is. Pizza and chicken wings was too expensive and tasted worse compared to Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Buffalo sauce for chicken wings tastes more sour than a lemon and overpowered the spiciness. After three wings, I had enough of it. The potatoes were okay-ish but not worth the price. Now the pizza. The texture of the bread didn’t taste fresh as if it was made from readymade pizza base. I chose to buy super combo and it really wasn’t anything special and definitely not worth the special price. Lastly, there wasn’t even free wifi. How can a restaurant this expensive, serving below average food, not provide free wifi? The waiters also did not really pay attention to the customer and ask if anything else was needed. When I asked to parcel my food, instead of taking the food and pack it in the kitchen themselves, they gave me a box. That’s it. Very disappointing. Nothing impressed me. I wouldn’t want to visit again. No wonder it’s empty compared to other restaurants in the area.

Really don't recommend it. The quality of the food, especially the pizza was horrible. It's overpriced and very limited in games. The overall experience was not worth it. In Canada and the US the overall experience from pricing to number of games to the timings the games last are better. Would not recommend it. I initially uploaded the review within the store, and the employee constantly kept insisting and pushing me to delete the review as I was the only family there at the time. It was a horrible experience overall.

Pizzas are supposed to be affordable. Why would anyone in their sane mind go and shell out 3 digits for a sub-par, super oily and absolutely mediocre pizza which takes about an hour to arrive. The games? Well, nah. games get boring because of limited quantity. Sorry folks i'll stick to the Other American chains which don't plan to rip me off. rather, they offer 2 for 1 every Monday and Have in-App coupons too.
