We ordered their Zinger burgers and The Dynamite Burger. Which was basically a zinger but with a spicy house special sauce. Truly DYNAMITE! People who are tired of eating local zingers with the same mayo ketchup should definetly try this. Good quantity. Miscomitmenting rude humilating unprofessional and arrogant staff in call center it was like calling them and reciving orders from them lol foolish chaps "I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant in Gulshan Iqbal. The staff there treated customers terribly, displaying a lack of respect and consideration. Not only did they provide bad service, but their call center staff also exhibited an arrogant attitude. I urge people to avoid this restaurant to save their money and peace of mind. It's a shame that such behavior exists in the service industry. Ordered from their branch in Nazimabad. 4 dynamite chickens were ordered but it was completely devoid of any taste, and can barely taste any sauce since there wasn't any. The buns were all soggy, and it looked like the burgers were used as a punching bag. Wouldn't recommend this fast food chain any more, since they've become money grabbing greedy grubs. I am a regular customer of chaukas and loved the taste and quality of their food but today it was so insulting for me that I have guests at home and ordered deals from chaukas and they keep telling me that order will arrive in 30 mins and I was waiting for them and at the end I keep calling them they didn't recieve it it was 4 AM and I have placed my order at 3AM and till now there is no call aur anything else about the order and lastly we ordered from somewhere else. I was talking a lot about chaukas to my guests and was telling them about the taste and BLA BLA but your service (especially tonight) really disappointed me. I'm not gonna order again.
