3/3/24 tonight my husband went to the Chipotle in tupelo and picked up order for us and my parents. There was a leaf of some sort that I almost chocked on the beans were crunchy and hardly any meat was put in the meals, the server making our bowls was really rude we have never been here before or any chipotle, don't know if we will be back. The food taste good we will give them that. I believe the left is a bay leaf or im praying it is.

I enjoy being able to select my ingredients and "build" my own meal according to my preferences and diet restrictions! Everything I got was very tasty and I enjoyed my combinations. The food always tastes fresh and that is a winner by me. The staff were helpful as I worked to maintain my diet restrictions and even made some good suggestions. I feel I can get a healthy meal there. Their portions are a gracious plenty. They are usually crowded so I understand how the seating area can get messy quick but I feel they need to make more effort in that area! I also prefer a more warm and inviting atmosphere.

Whoever orders supplies around here needs to be fired. Out of lettuce. Out of vegetables. Out of forks. Out of almost ever flavor or soda. Only accepted card. They close at 11pm I went at 7pm and they were out of the carne asada( the signature meat people are coming to get). It took 45 minutes to get more made. Ridiculous. Shut down this store. 🤦🏼♂️

I just walked into this restaurant. They've been open four 15 minutes. It's 11:00 a.m. I've been here before and it was not clean at all, and they didn't have several items, but I assumed it was because it was later on the day, and maybe they'd been swamped. I thought today would be different since I came just after they opened. I used the restroom before I ordered. The restroom was disgusting, and the employee leaving it as I came in didn't bother to wash his hands. The sink was still dry and the commode was still running, so I know he used it. I didn't order anything. I just left with my now sticky shoes. I love Chipotle, but I will not go back to this one.

Watch out for the add-on charges. They add up quickly without warning. The food was good, lots of it. Folks served well. The place needed to be tightened up some.

I’ll just say that the Carne Asada Bowl I got looked nothing like the advertisement.
I was asked to take a survey so I decided to drop one here. The restaurant was a typical Chipotle but instead of people standing behind the counter chatting, somebody could have been cleaning tables, emptying garbage and cleaning the drink station.

We have visited many Chipotle establishments across the U.S. The food taste was great. This particular restaurant would benefit from more training all around and better management.
One girl was cussing behind the counter on her phone, the tables had not been wiped down, they didn’t have all of the food items prepared for people to order, the girl who took our order didn’t listen to what we ordered, and apparently they were out of trays(they were next to the trash).The people serving the food will soon put this Chipotle out of business. I love the food, but they gave way too much. The rule of thumb is not more then the spoon…I was given almost 2 spoons of everything I ordered!

Everything was cold. I have never been to a Chipotle before and can't say that I will ever go back. Everything was cold. The cheese dip was congeling because it was cold. The guacamole was so very bland, absolutely no seasoning. I should have left it there. It was missing from my order then the employee at the window wanted to argue about it and acted like he was doing me a favor by giving it to me when I had paid for it and then acted like he was inconvenienced by me asking for eating utensils. So very disappointing.
