The floor was filthy. They will not accept an order for quesadillas in person so even if you’re right there you have to order on the app. Ingredientes seem to be a bit mixed. For example there was corn and some lettuce in meals that supposedly did not have any in it. Other than that though the food was pretty good.

I went there for 2 days , diner and lunch, food was good, the atendent got the job done but didn't connect or passed the feeling he really wanted to do satisfy the client. He Was somehow a little rude, The place could use some cleaning and soda restock, trash cams were full, tables with leftovers from passed clients. But again the food was good . This chipotle is the worst store in the state. Ive gotten crunchy rice, old chicken, like they are saving the chicken so they dont have to cook at start of next day. You forget how bad it is until you're reminded with every order. The staff doesn't give af & are proud of it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Blank meaningless stares from employees taking orders combined with their lack of verbal skills makes even just saying “hi!” Incredibly awkward. Requesting a burrito bowl with chicken results in the employee taking my order realizing there is not enough chicken at the bar. Not the end of the world until I realize that I’m getting a bowl filled with unidentifiable chicken pieces scraped from the bottom of the container. A second veggie bowl (this is for a vegetarian mind you) begins poorly with the rice scoop having a chunk of steak in it. You can call it picky, but I find it pretty inconsiderate to just pick the piece of steak out of the bowl and throw it away like it never happened. Additionally, the grilled vegetables that are the namesake of a veggie bowl were not added. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the chicken bowl, no questions asked. I would rather just go to bed hungry than go to this Chipotle again. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Had a pickup order that I had to wait 10 minutes for even though it was sitting completed on the counter. This location does not use the pick up shelf, and instead keeps them behind the counter. The workers ignored myself and the five other people that were waiting. It wasn’t until another customer walked behind the counter and picked up the orders that one of the workers came over to give out the rest. I have food poisoning from this location. I've lost 11lbs in 7 days and I'm still actively sick. If you want to be deathly Ill - then eat here! The company is aware and supposedly Investigated but refuse to provide any details to their "investigation". So to sum it up if you want to feel like your going to die, you should get a meal here. If you value your health go next door to any place else In the plaza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
