Placed and online order and it was the worst togo that I have ever received from this particular Chipotle. The containers were bent, out food was sloppy, the steak was rubbery and thought. Never would I have imagined receiving something that was this bad from one of my favorite restaurants

Unsanitary and poor quality of food at this location. My barbacoa was one big chunk of meat and inedible. Shredded cheese was unavailable and the grilled veggies were burnt. The employee behavior is the main reason for 1 star... the cashier was eating, drinking, and using her phone with gloves on while working. The main cook was eating while working. This is disturbing as the cook is preparing food while eating. I also saw the cook wipe down a counter then use that same rag to wipe her hands and arms off. Food is decent but portions, especially the meat, is pretty small. Today, I got overcharged, yet again, because staff doesn't understand their own abbreviations. I got charged for carne asada but I got carnitas. I didn't notice til we got home because there were 2 of us and I wasn't sure what my partner had gotten. Also, it's ridiculous that you can't use a gift card to order online. No more chipotle gift cards for me. That way I can order and pay on line and know what I'm paying for. Can't give any starts. The website says they open at 10 45 am. We'll im outside at 10 55 am and the employees are just looking like I'm crazy... either you update your hours of operation or make sure your employees are aware of those. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I asked for a little sour cream and the employee gave me a heaping spoonful of it. I suspect purposefully. My lunch was a soup! The turnaround rate here is insane and all the employees seem very unhappy. Service Take out

Chicken burrito was great! It fresh and tasty. I ordered a bag of chips that had a TON OF SALT! So I gave it 3 stars for that. Chips had way too much SALT! January27,2024 Food is still good, but it's still disappointing that they SALT their chips like it's sugar cookies! Dang!! The black beans are undercooked...😬 But I still love the chicken burrito's. Let’s face it. We’re all here for one reason. We know Chipotle. We know what we’re in for and how bad it’s gotten. Portion sizes. Looks like the Hurst Chipotle got hit with “Covid Inflation” 1/8 1215 lunch time. He scooped out the chicken, banged it 3 times on the container watching the scoop fall out and a small bit of it went into the bowl. The chicken was oversalted. If you want to go to a Chipotle that hasn’t been hit by skimpy portions, go to the North Richland Hills location 5 minutes up the highway. They’re still good after the last few times I’ve been there. Hard to find a chipotle that doesn’t skimp anymore! And please for the love of everything, please don’t get a door dash/pick-up order without checking. Those will always be the skimpiest portions!!! Horrible customer service I went for a visit 10/19/23 around 6:00 pm when I walked in there was barely anyone in line I went to place two separate orders the service was horrible I wasn’t asked if I wanted extra then when I asked for extra “ I offered to pay for extra” the order taker had an attitude and begin throwing my food in my bowl messy like they were prepping for a Gerbil I request for my plate to be remade ,all 3 employees up front were completely rude passive & aggressive I continued to be polite “Please and Thank you” I had a payment issues where I had to step out for five minutes when I came back to grab my order all the extra food I asked for was missing once I got home I noticed “ I said I would pay for the up charge no issue “ so I didn’t understand why it was an issue in the first place and then my food was played with afterwards . I had to then drive back to chipotle and request a refund there was no accountability taken and the manger just brushed me off as if I Was in the wrong honestly I feel there was a lot of discrimination upon my visit .
