I get sometimes that work can suck. And the day can get long and maybe your going to school or have 2 different jobs but still try to put some effort and a smile on your face. Presentation is everything from employee to customer & food to customer. Me & my friend went in there today at 2:00 and the service was horrible from the 2 preparing the food. I And the guy who had a pierced ear and glasses and I believe colored hair? I asked for guacamole and he took the spoon and slapped like a huge globe that covered my whole protein bowl and pretty much ruined it I asked for him to take some off and he did take a small scoop off but still. It was the worst I’ve had from you guys. His additude sucked he didn’t even speak just seemed pissed as hers too. Please retrain some of your staff on good customer service & how to properly attend to customers. Just 1 bad experience will ruin it for one person to even come back. Sorry for the long rant but people pay good money for food at this place try a little better. Will not be coming back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Chipotle is my go-to fast-casual spot! The burritos are generously filled with flavorful ingredients, and the guacamole is always fresh. The service is efficient, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is occasional long lines during peak hours. Overall, it's a delicious and satisfying dining experience! I was eating my carne asada bowl and I found a very disgusting piece of meat. I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat anymore. It was absolutely disgusting and have no idea how that even was okay to serve. I will not be eating here again.

It is usual there’s seem pretty reasonably priced and this isn’t easy to get to location. This restaurant like the other ones generally usually really clean and inviting and the food is nice and fresh is usual. This is a place where we know we’ll have quality food that will be happy with every time we come. Just a quick note for those of you like me who don’t like chicken thighs the chicken here is all chicken thighs there is no chicken breast. Cheese and sour cream are not extra but guacamole always is and you can get fajita vegetables with your bowl or burrito and it’s not extra but the queso sauce is extra. One thing I like is when you get a cup for water which is free to see the regular water or you can get the water that’s carbonated so it’s fizzy kind of fun to drink. Finally and maybe most importantly, just kidding, I have my Geiger counter with me today and the radiation levels are very low in here so no worries. Generally speaking average radiation levels anywhere 40 or below are normal and every day as you see in my picture here it only was about I think it was 13 or 12 average. 😀 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I ordered large chips with guacamole, and the guac was heavily browned with a bad texture/taste. We Come here at least once a week and this is the 3rd time we've received bad guac in the past ~month and the second time I've thrown it out. It looks like they are mixing in some new guac with the old to make it stretch, and it's resulting in a bad product. This is definitely not the fresh experience Chipotle advertises. Pictures show a full bad serving and another where they plopped a scoop of bad on top of good guac. 7/10 update: visited again for dinner, and the guac was brown and had a strange texture again. I'm not sure if this is a systemic issue or if this is just a bad location, but I'm done eating here. We've been eating chipotle at least weekly for a few years, and been very happy with the food until now. This is gross though Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Eaters beware. This location has made me ill the most recent being this last weekend. I had to go to the hospital for violent vomiting and a fever of a 101! I've never been so sick in my life. First time here in a couple years.. unfortunately, they forgot to include my meat selection with my bowl! I didn't realize it until I ate half of my bowl 😞. Otherwise, food is good and a nice change. This location is consistently out of fajita veggies. I go a couple times per month and they're out sometimes half of those times. Service is never particularly good, though rarely unkind. Line moves fast and mobile ordering is easy here. It's usually nice and clean and has easy parking. Feels a bit like a management problem for not having enough labor or perhaps bad ordering of product? Who knows, just my guess. Being out of veggies so often is a massive detractor. I love Chipotle, but this location is disgusting. The restaurant is always dirty, napikns all over the floor, tables dirty, and the drink station looks like it hasn't been cleaned or stocked in a week. All the juices were empty. The staff looks like they hate their job and are typically not the friendliest. There is always a ton of food delivery people standing around waiting for food, so it adds a level of weird to eat inside the restaurant. Would I recommend this location? Yes, if you want to grab food and eat in the food court. No for the long lines, unfriendly staff, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
