Terrible. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl for takeout. I told the guy behind the counter that's what I wanted. He only gave me beans and rice and then later some cheese. Absolutely no veggies! I was also overcharged. This place is a ripoff. I had to put one star in to get this published otherwise there would be zero stars. I arrived to pick my order, when entering 3 teen patrons where leaving talking about the lack of food in the servers area. I waited for 2 bowls to be made although the App confirmed my order was ready. The employee scrapped the bottom of the containers in an attempt to build by bowls. The employee had no idea the order he was building was mine, missing rice, filling with beans, lettuce and salsa. While he was building my order, 3 more patrons (husband/wife and single male) came into the store looked at all empty containers, I suggested they dont even bother ordering and left the restaurant, all this while I'm still waiting for my order that's on the count behind waiting to be placed in a bag and chips (8 minutes). I asked an employee if there were issues tonight with staff and I received no reply. 2 bowls for my sons not what was requested, and non-edible. I attempted a refund using Pepper Chat, received a notification "A refund could not be processed at this time. Thank you and good bye" form the online Pepper Chat bot. I eat alot of chipotle and this location is by far the best ever. The food is so fresh the portions are big and they are very efficient in service. Items missing in food ordered for home delivery through Chipotle app. Second time this has happened. The only fix in the app is to get credit for the missing item to use IN FUTURE, BUT NO IMMEDIATE REFUND. If you want the missing item right away, you have to pay the delivery charge again. This sounds like a racket by Chipotle to increase revenue and delivery charges. Someone should check if this practice is endemic to Chipotle locations across the country - maybe a way to boost the stock price? On the plus side, the burrito bowl was excellent and a welcome change from the previous time when ingredients were missing. Mobile order portions are constantly under, to an embarrassing degree. The location cannot guarantee times your food will be available, I have sat in here for 15+ minutes over my order time. Recently orders have also been inaccurate. The Bedford location is much better. Decent, clean location everything here is good except the portion size of the chicken. I’m convinced they take home the leftovers and try to save as much of the meats

This location consistently fails. I rarely have issues at other Chipotle’s. We ordered a kids meal for my daughter that the drink was missing from. (Not the end of the world) I got a burrito bowl which tasted not fresh, and the rice had a nasty sweet taste to it. Best of all was the sorry excuse for a burrito my wife received. (See picture for reference) Almost every time we order from them, something is off or wrong. Will absolutely not be wasting any more money at this garbage location. Side note: They need a class on how to properly wrap a burrito. That is all, rant over.

This Chipotle puts a bad name to the brand. It only takes online orders, they are routinely missing ingredients, if you order online the orders aren't ready on time or are delivered missing ingredients with no notice. Portuons vary greatly.
