So I ordered a burrito bowl with the carne asada which I had never tried. It’s though to mess this up as I only get the protein with rice and beans sour cream and cheese and light amount of salsa. I ordered extra rice and beans and got what I ordered. In my experience chipotle is never hot so no surprise that the cheese isn’t melted. The carne asada was ok, again had no idea what to expect. Good flavor just a little dry and chewy. The bowl itself looked a little hastily put together but this is fast food not a sit down restaurant so not a big deal. The last few times (in less than a month) we have came in to pick up our food and it was taken by someone else. Then we have to wait longer and have it remade and they do it fast which makes us get less for what we paid cause they're rushing more. Our food portions were consistent for a long time until the last couple months. Once only half the bowl had food in it, usually it's FULL. It depends on who's making it I guess but it should be consistent and definitely worth the price cause bowls can be expensive. We ordered once on Friday, then on Saturday and both times they were taken by someone else picking up orders. The staff is nice most the time except yesterday when we came in to get his food, lady wasn't friendly and acted annoyed she had to remake it when it wasn't our fault it was missing. All in all the food is good and a majority of the staff is nice, it is a clean restaurant. It's a great place hang out and eat with family/friends. Usually amazing food and service. I even called the restaurant to resolve the issue before leaving this review and was further upset by the service. Asked for cheese and the girl said it's being shredded ....ok I'll wait...then she just doesn't go get cheese or put any on. After calling restaurant they said I could come back another day for cup of cheese .....thanks but no thanks. Second time here. Food is always great and Fresh. Very efficient crew. Generous portions and quick to get in and out. The only downside tonight was the attitude from the person finishing our order. I had initially asked for a regular size Chips with guacamole then immediately decided to go with the large. They didn't hear me then had to scrape out the regular cup. They were obviously unhappy with me and I felt immediately uncomfortable. We'll be back, but not a great way to make customers feel. I’ve been in multiple times to this location and somehow they’re the only ones who often don't have chips, queso, certain proteins, etc. portions are very small and if you ask for more they treat you like it’s coming out of their pocket. Doesn’t make any sense. Would not recommend this location.

Very unpleased with the service I got. The girl who was helping me was very rude and rushing me to order. Keep in mind I have never been here before and had told her that to start. Whether she was having a bad day or not, all customers should be treated with kindness/respect as soon as they walk through that door. I have gone to this location 3 times in the last year, and each time I was thrown into an atmosphere of obviously stressed and visibly upset employees, resulting in a stressful experience for my partner and I. Each time we also ran into issues of food running out by the time we got there at 7pm. The first time they were out of guac, second time they were out of veggies, and third time they were out of chips and beans. I don't blame any of these issues on the employees. This is very obviously a management issue, which has not been addressed in over a year. Support your employees and get your food orders fixed. This store also needs to open up digital tips. This is a convenient location, but the staff doesn’t seem to care much about their customers. I often get cold food and old meat, and the wait is very long if you’re dining in. Most of my orders here are mobile orders but there hasn’t been a single time that Ive received my food on time. I don’t know if there’s a management problem or staffing issues but this location could use some serious work. I ordered a steak bowl today for pickup and after waiting an extra 10 minutes for it…. it still ended up being just ok. None of the food was warm enough to actually melt any of the cheese.
