For some reason I always have a problem with this location and it's the only one close enough to me when I need a quick bite. I've been a fan of chipotle for a while and at times when I've had a bad experience, the manager won't even come out from the back to adress it. Usually all other locations I visit have good customer service and no problems with their food. We sat outside on the patio. It was nice and the cashier wiped it down for us. The employees were ready to work so that's a good sign On 8/5 (today) we went back and damn CHIPOTLE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! MY husband was super hungry and was total happy with today's portion size. There are time he feels ripped off but not today! We did order extras. It has a been a long time since the last time I was here, and I realized I need to start coming back more often. Good burrito, and the thing is that you can choose how much of everything. So you can choose if you want to make it lighter or heavier.

This location is never too busy in the evening. My food is always ready when I get there and the employees are helpful and friendly. I knock off one star because they always forget my drink cup on my to go order and the bathrooms require a passcode. The food is pretty tasty, and the store is fairly clean. My problem is the bad attitudes of the employees helping you with the food. I pay $10-13 bucks , and the deadpan , negative expression of the people who are scooping up and slopping the items into your oval dish is degrading and classless. If the people serving the food right in front of your face have negative attitudes, then what about the people behind the scenes who actually make it! I had this happen tonight, and also the last time at the location in Huntington Beach! I blame poor management . I know they are only kids , but you have to have a bonus system and get people enjoying their jobs, I refuse to go back until I hear they have changed .
