This is a really good "chill spot" by the beach with an elevated view and good ambience.
What fails them is the service. Orders take too long to be delivered. Waited 15 mins for a cocktail and the fish/chips I ordered at 5, which I was promised would be ready by 545 was served at 615.
I overheard a tourist ask them whether her order was arriving "from Mombasa" 😁.

This place is fantastic. I mean, man. If you wanted a spot to chill at while looking over the beach to the sea. What more could one say. What?

People don’t brother you or stare at you asking you for money. Everyone is chilled and are on their own vibes.
Service is good and friendly, very attentive but not overbearing. Like a friendly ghost.
If you close your eyes and imagine a bar/restaurant in a tropical country, this bar is better than the imagination I have.

Good things: nice place in front of the beach, with music and good mood. The food is cheap.
Bad things: we ordered octopus and squid, and it took them 2 hours to bring our food. The food was ok but not exquisite, the octopus was tough.

Few comments, don't squeeze in 7 other guests at my spot when I'm in the middle of eating! We literally got pushed off the couch. Not good. Turn the music down 10% not up 10%. Most days it's ok but some days it's up to the slightly too loud mark. We want to Chill with ambient music and not listen to it.
We will be back again. Probably tonight.

The worst place I ate in Diani! When taking the order they tell us that apart from the calamari. all other fish (octopus, prawns etc...) are available and it is all fresh fish. After a while the waiter comes back to tell us that everything is finished except the lobster! then one of us asks for chicken but this too is finished! So we choose burgers that arrive after an hour and are barely eatable. Wifi? They don't even know what it is! NEVER AGAIN! Good maybe for a drink but not for food!
An awesome place to enjoy the view of the ocean. I’d recommend their prawn pilau anytime, it’s mouthwatering.

Fantastic spot. Best entrance is through watatu watano which is opposite the gas station.
Beautiful view and great music. The area is so beautiful elevated that there is no chance for passbys to bother you. It feels like watching the ocean from a ship.
Chef Mody makes tasty delicious food and is served hot and well garnished.
The Music is fantastic, great mix and vibes. At the entrance there is a lady who sells swim suits and does massage at affordable rates.
The area is child friendly and we got in with our double stroller.
The staff are clean and well composed. On low tide the beach is beautiful to take a stroll.
The prices are very pocket friendly.
