Service is really bad, having to flag a waiter even for already ordered items. I had a watered-down potato soup, and another grease soup with a hamburger sandwich on it that was so hot (probably a 30,000 Scoville scale) I didn’t taste the meat on it, even though I have a higher heat tolerance on food. I've always liked the hamburgers and the fajitas from here, this is a very good chilli's since the crew is always nice and kind, there is an indoor and "outdoor" area (the outdoor is in the mall's common area, outside the actual restaurant), there's no kid's playground or area whatsoever but the food is tasty and there's a kids menu.
