Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the recent reviews here. While the food was good, let me say that. The service is very slacking. I’m sorry but based on how the servers are today there is no way I think they deserve $15 an hour or whatever they’re asking for. It’s great to have this option in the Grapevine Mills Mall. But to be honest, you’re far better off just eating something in the food court. We stopped by this location before leaving the mall. When we first got there, we were immediately greeted by the hostess and there wasn’t a wait. There were 3 waitresses, and each one of them had nice, bubbly personalities. They were all working well as a team too. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the only problem was the under seasoned meat patty. Overall, It’s a convenient place to sit and eat after walking all over the mall. Our server was Mariah. Her energy and attitude were both so great. I took three teenagers and she didn't even flinch when one of them asked for a dash of milk in her mac-n-cheese! 😂 Kudos to this whole team. Her back ups were upbeat, they kept our glasses full, the food was fresh. This location is on point. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I were finished shopping and decided to have lunch at Chilis in Grapevine mills mall. We approached the hostess stand to be seated and the hostess w long dark braids (there was 2 hostesses) looked at me in a dissatisfied angry look. My entire conversation with her was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I tried to make light of this situation but she continued to be very short and rude towards me. What is going on with customers service these days?? I used to be a Food and Beverage Manager in the hotel industry and if I ever acted the way she did I would have been fired! We canceled our reservation and went to Apple Bee’s across the street and had a very positive experience. Are you guys aware of her attitude and the way she is representing your restaurant? She was short w other patrons as well. Is there a direct number to speak to management? Service: 1

This is honestly one of the best Chilis I’ve been to! We went here bc where we wanted was full, but it was a wonderful accident! Our server Trisha was fantastic, the host girl was so kind, and the service was great. Wonderful time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Start off with the positive; food was good. Everything looked good and tasted good. Service wasnt great. Server acted like he didnt want to be there, we felt somewhat rushed, and did not feel welcome the entire visit. He was quick to get us drinks and refills. Not sure we would return, little noisy as it is open to the mall and service really put us off. I already love Chili’s but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had! Our hostess Jaida was so sweet & server Courtney was amazing too! I came to this restaurant today 10/31/2023 and I asked the hostess for a booth because I just had surgery on my back. She told me no more available but I seen four or five that was and she said there wasn’t a server for any of those tables so I told her I wasn’t very pleased and asked for her name, and she refused it, if that is the type of service, this restaurant gives I will never come back here again. One last thing I am a Food critic and a journalist so just imagine how this restaurant is going to be rated. Service: 1

1) They kept getting my mom's request for hot water with lemon wrong. 2) They brought us the wrong food. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken crispers and they gave us honey chipotle crispers. My Dad is allergic to honey and they could have sent him to the hospital, or worse killed him if he had eaten a large amount of them. Thankfully, he only had a small bite and stopped eating the food when he realized it wasn't the right sauce. 3) My mom got sick after eating here and had food poisoning the next day. DO NOT EAT HERE!
