No one to greet you. I had to ask if it was ok to seat myself. They served me luke warm food with spoiled fruit. I had to get up and ask for silverware. I explained the issue to the server she walked away to clean tables and seat other people, then had the nerve to ask if I wanted a to go box. Didn’t acknowledge my concern. Then I told her no I don’t want the food she said let me tell my manager. The manager nor server empathized or apologized. They gave me 10% off to shut me up. She took my card to ring me up and instead of checking me out she started serving other people. I can’t believe the level of service, negligence and ignorance on their part. Worst service ever Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Staff was friendly and accommodating. We ordered boneless buffalo wings, fries, burgers 🍔 and salad. The buffalo wings was really salty and the rest of the food was good. Good was served on time as well. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Recommended dishes Hamburger
Came here to chill for my layover from St. Louis to Seattle. Was seated and scanned QR code. Waitress walks up and asks what she can get me. I asked for some time. Some time later she came back and I ordered a $10 PBR 20 punch and a burger. Beer comes back, no coaster, no glass of water. Floors are dirty, it's too brightly lit, understaffed and lifeless. 10 dollar low end beer is young thing, but they don't bring you water with your drink or a coaster to keep your table dry and beer secure, they're not friendly and they're dirty, how is this a reprieve from the troubled and trials of travelling. Find another place to go while in Minneapolis. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Burger
Update: The breakfast omelet was tasty, but their Bailey's coffee is TINY and costs $15!!! Plus almost $5 for tax and "hospitality" fees. We enjoyed two salads - grilled chicken Caesar salad and grilled chicken Sante Fr salad. Both were very good in taste and quantity. The server was trying, but she just didn’t attend to the patrons very well. Maybe short staffed? Our iced teas sat empty a while. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The food selections were less than a normal Chili's. They have a decent variety of burgers, but only 3 types of sandwiches. They serve Furious IPA here, so that's a plus! They wait staff were nice. Service was a bit slow due to it being a little busy at the time, so that's understandable. I had the turkey sandwich and it was great. I got a side of steamed broccoli, and a Cesar salad. Ok experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
There was quite a long line to get in on a weekday evening due to very limited eating options throughout the airport. We were seated after a 20 minute wait, while observing entire sections that were closed for no reason. Our server was nice and courteous. The process for ordering was very unclear and confusing at best. We could do two orders so we had to figure out how to split the bill later. The beer options were horrible, for being a Twin Cities restaurant where delicious beer is very available. The food was fair, nothing remarkable to write home about. Less than stellar cheesecurds for a state that offers delicious cheesecurds everywhere.

I just went through here. I've never stopped to eat even though I go through MSP regularly. The self ordering thing is kinda weird. and when i thought i was done, i was waiting for someone to come by with a bill and the guy told me i had to do it by logging into the qrcode link again. I almost walked out of there thinking I had somehow paid because the website was done with me. I'm pretty sure other people left without paying as i was going in because i overheard staff pointing out a group that had just walked out. This self service phone system is garbage and it's all in an effort to cut labour costs and staffing. My food was good, it came quickly, i was in, done and out in under 35 minutes. There was a guy working near me and he was very helpful and friendly. He told me how the place worked (i obviously looked clueless), he brought my food and drinks, checked on me, and told me about the going back in the website to pay when i was obviously done. His help and advice was all unprompted, he understands the job. He is an older black gentleman, maybe 50-60 yrs old? I was there in some time in the afternoon. Anyways, he deserves a raise. I took a quick flip through the low 1 star ratings and i didn't get some of them at all. Those who said nobody greeted them at the entrance...there's a sign saying you can seat yourself although i'll admit the design of the entrance makes it look like someone will take you to a table. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Burger
I had an unexpected delay here at the airport and decided to have lunch at Chili's. I had the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was juicy, cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is a hefty sandwich served with fries. I could only eat half of it so I will have the other have for dinner. Karen's service was excellent. She is extremely polite and professional, she did everything with a smile. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes French Fries
Pretty bland food- no salt or pepper offered. The omelette literally has a sausage patty folded in it. (likely microwaved) Waitress was friendly, but we didn't see her until after we'd already ordered digitally. Definitely way overpriced food for quality and flavor.
