I had the pleasure of being served by Nicole during my recent visit to Chili’s, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional service. From the moment I sat down, Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her work and customers truly stood out. Nicole’s friendly demeanor and professionalism made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. It’s rare to encounter someone in customer service who is so dedicated and passionate about their job, but Nicole effortlessly embodies these qualities. Thanks to her outstanding service, my dining experience was not only enjoyable but also memorable. Without a doubt, Nicole deserves a perfect 10/10 rating. I ordered the hot wings (20 piece) and they were the worst hot wings I've eaten. For one, they were undercooked, no crunch at all! And two, there was not spicy at all about the sauce. In fact, they was barely any sauce on the wings. The best experience is the cashier at the pick up window was very nice and friendly. But stay away from the wings. If I could give a zero star for the food, I would. I lost my money on this order. Definitely do not recommend it!! Food: 1 Service: 5

I cannot say enough about this place. My daughter, Amy, took my husband and I here. It was amazing. Mandy, the bartender was awesome. She made the best blackberry margaritas. We were seated and served promptly. The staff was amazing. I think the manager's name was Anela. She came to our table at least 3 times to see that we were taken care of. She also held the door open for us when we left and hinted that we should come back in December for their featured drink. I would be more than happy to return. The food was awesome. Everyone at the table was very pleased with their choice of entree. We were too full to try dessert but if it is anything like the food then it has to be awfully good too. I sing their praises and would recommend this Chili's to any and everyone. You will be extremely pleased by the choice!!! Unfortunately (or fortunately) I cannot review the food. Hubby and I stopped into Chilis last night to grab dinner. We walked in and there was no one at the host stand. Took at least 10 minutes (and multiple employees walking by) before anyone acknowledged us. It was the older bald headed gentleman, guessing the manager? We had asked if we could just sit at the bar and he said sure. There were open seats so we walked up and sat down. The bar was a mess and the woman behind the bar seemed annoyed by our presence. She wasn’t nice and had an attitude about it. We sat there for 5 minutes waiting for her to clean up the bar, hand us menus or even ask us what we wanted to drink. Nada. She had her back turned and seemed genuinely annoyed. We wound up getting up and walking out. We went to Zaxby’s instead. If you’re mad about your job or lack of pay or understaffed etc - take it up with your boss, don’t take it out on the customers that are there to TIP you based upon your service. Ordering and paying online (tip included) was easy, and pick up time was fast. My order was brought to my car within the time frame given over text message. Overall a good pick up experience. However… It was an awful eating experience. For $40, we received two very sub-par meals. The Buffalo chicken salad was a sad sight of thin plain fried chicken breast slapped on top of bagged grocery store salad. The steak fajita was by far the worst decision. You know the meat quality is bottom of the barrel when the same piece of meat is simultaneously soggy, chewy, overcooked, AND undercooked. If a professional kitchen knife can’t cut all the way through the steak, how would my teeth cut through it while loaded with other things on a flour tortilla? The black beans were fine, but the rice was awful minute-rice garbage, and a tiny spoonful portion to boot. Perhaps dine-in would have yielded a better experience, and if not, I could have at least sent it back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

My wife and I visited Chili's on 11/06/2023 at ~ 2:30 and had a very good lunch. However, the highlight of our visit was the exemplary customer service from our server Nicole. She made us feel welcome and provided such excellent service so genuinely and naturally that I had to comment and give kudos. We had egg rolls, chicken and shrimp Fajita, and chocolate Lava ice cream .Everything was good. I am a huge fan of their chocolate lava dessert. Service and ambiance were good, too. Only giving 4 stars because the food was ok. It's not great, but ok. The order for my wife was messed up a tiny bit but made right. The ribs I ordered were salty and vinegary. The vinegar was a little overwhelming. The meat wasn't very tender either. Now, I have had vinegar based bbq ribs before, but the vinegar wasn't that overwhelming. The waitress and waitress in training were amazing. They kept the glasses full and kept check on all the tables they were working. I did not get names but would recommend them to anyone there.
