I hadn't been here for quite some time due to being dissatisfied. Today did not disappoint. We were seated right away. Our server was awesome. We had meals on the table within 15 min of arriving. My burger was sooooo good. The beef was cooked to perfection The patty spread across the circumference of the bun. The fries were hot and crispy on the outside and tender and fresh on the inside. My daughter's boneless wings missed the mark a little. Some were really hard. The buffalo sauce on them tasted as expected. Then we got the giant chocolate lava cake. Oh it was warm, gooey, chocolately, melty, yumminess! And more than enough to share three ways. Good experience today! It had been awhile since we went to Chili's. The last time we were there, service was so slow, food was cold, and waiting for anything took forever! Decides to give it another shot tonight and was pleasantly surprised! Service was great! Server was awesome and very attentive to her tables. Good was great and hot! Our wait was not very long for a busy Friday night. Will try again soon! I ordered dinner for my family on Valentine's day. The food was horrible. Burgers cold, fries cold, wings cold. I understand this was valentine's day, but, come on all food cold. I have ordered food many times and never had this happen. Family was very disappointed. The best part of dinner was the chips and salsa. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was great. We shared the fajitas and still took some home. Also got the asparagus. It was delicious. Our server was precious and we enjoyed visiting with her. The only issue was a man at the bar talking very loudly on the phone. He was very, very loud and talked the entire time we were there. It is the second time that I come to this place, and neither the first time nor this time, they were pleasant, the first time here they took a long time to serve the food, now they took the same time to serve the food and my food had a hair, the people who work in the kitchen no one is wearing a mesh on the head, to prevent this from happening. a second chance for this place. Terrible. I have given this location several tries and it’s never a good experience. You can go to any other location and the food and service is great. Not at this San Angelo location. Slow service and food is gross. We ordered fried pickles that are almost 8 dollars. This is what we were handed. My kids had eaten 3 of them when I took this pic. We had been there a long time and still didn’t have drinks. We decided to leave before we spent our money on nasty food and sub par service. The place was nearly empty. Never Again. So let me just say I've grown up around this restaurant and decided to give it one more shot. Aside from an amazing waitress, I left feeling like I needed a strong antibiotic and probably to have my stomach pumped. While at first glance the restaurant appears clean once you sit down and stick to the seats and tables that all changes. The food was semi cold and tasted like it had been left out overnight and quickly microwaved.
