I'm never buying from this store again. Service is very very poor. Bought just wings at 11:40 had to wait till 12:27 to get my order that was right on the couter.

Drive through seemed busy and only 2 people working inside thus when we went inside to order there was no one to assist and Norah Sambo was exceptionally rude when we asked how long we are going to wait she just looked us up and down and muttered something in siswati and ignored us completely. Felt as if we were in a government office to tell the truth... In future if they are to busy to assist just say "we are just a little busy and will be with you shortly"...

I love the way your food tastes. But I was recently at the Malalane branch near the Kruger National Park and the service was extremely slow and the place was so dirty. Asked someone to come and clean the table and no one even came around to clean the tables, flies everywhere, also saw a cockroach. Don't think I will visit this branch ever again.
