quite rude stuff. the ladies at the till seemed to be more concerned with their friends who had come to visit than serving customers. In as much as this is a franchise, selling things with change like 50cents is a nightmare hence customers are forced to buy things that they necessarily dont want or they tell you that they dont mix USD and RTGS...a bit unfair...either they price in full USD and find ways to upsell than change blackmail that they practice. I was traveling from Bulawayo I passed by your outlet... I actually wanted to buy something but I was too pressed that I wanted to use the rest room first I asked the lady who was standing near the door and explained but she didn't allow me to enter shesaid I have to buy first honestly I got hurt such that I just left ididntuse the restroom or buy anything... Sometimes your stuff is rude honestly I didn't check her name but eish she was too rude honestly
