The name is ironic, considering there's nothing Express about the service rendered here... You will wait in this line at the drive through for at least 30 minutes after paying. And this is not an isolated incident, it is consistent every single time I stop by here.. And once you've already paid , they kind of have you by the balls and you're stuck there waiting.. I'm not usually the type to take the time to write a review. But I am so thoroughly displeased, and I have plenty of time while i'm sitting here in this line, so why not.. Update just got home opened the bag. And they gave me the wrong order. Probably like a $10 order. And I paid 25 and didn't even get what I paid for.... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chicken was cold. Not sure how when it sits under a heat lamp. Little gravy in mashed potatoes. But the people are nice. They're professional if inexperienced. And the place is clean. Nice and tasty chicken most of the times. We have tried different locations of the franchise where we came across some of them the chicken was not well coocked. This chain could be better if they pay a little attention to the details in terms of improving the cooking process. I loved the fried okra side and I do recommend it.

I was super disappointed that the chicken place was out of regular tenders and gravy at 3pm but the sweet guy at the window was super sweet and made it right. I didn’t he this name, he had glasses and he deserves a raise!! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sadly, this place needs to close. It's NEVER been even decent. The other chicken express across town Is 100x better then this trash. Service is slow and horrible, food is cold and disgusting, sweet tea isn't even sweet, rolls are cold, biscuits are hard. Idk what management allows this. This is the third time they have messed up my order. I watched them load my food this time and somehow they still didn't get it correct. The chicken was undercooked. I saw him with the biscuits in his hand and thought he put them in my sack but got home to find out they were not there. They took 35 minutes to get me a snack pack which is 2 tenders and a side with a roll and gravy. Why did it take so long? They continue to take out orders but I was first in line and had to wait. I placed an order on line and went to pick it and it wasn't ready because the online system was down, it caused me to be late back to work. Hike I was there I observe a lady cooking either fish or chicken and stopped to sweep the floor, she wasn't wearing gloves or a hairnet and went back to cooking without washing hers hands, I was really disappointed because someone recommended the store. The food was good once I got past the cleanliness part so I'm decided to give it another try. I called in my order this time, and was told 15 minutes. I got there after 20. First there were 3 people at the counter, all 3 ignored me for a good 5 minutes, finally a guy came up and said my order was going to be a while because the cook only dropped 2 fish instead of 6, one of the 3 was the he cook at the counter. I observed the cook going back to drop more fish. Why they waited until I got there to drop the other 4. I told them I would be back but after leaving it realized that the first 2 pieces of fish would be cold even if I went back, so I called and cancelled I have not seen this way of doing business in a while, no apology not a drink while I wait but it's going to be a while after 20 minutes. I will not return to that store nor will I recommend it either, you lost a good customer. People come to my job all the time asking for good places to eat. Only place I could find in the area to get fried gizzards. They cook them when you order them so you can get them cooked soft (best way to have them). Fried are a good side!
