Location #01888 - Amazing service! Chris at the counter welcomed us with a smile and a great attitude. All of the other employees were kind and hardworking. Awesome service! 10 minutes til they closed and it was my first time and they still very nice and patience. Will is the man! Unfortunately my salad was slimy and brown. I called and they were very sweet and gave me a new one. The documentary - poisoned went through my mind tho..IF your salad is slimy and brown * DON’T just pick out the bad parts- it’s all contaminated and can make you very sick. Wow. We all know why this company stays on top every single year. This location is clearly a top performer amongst this company. The service, speed, atmosphere, value, and quality of food clearly demonstrate the drive for performance that this company creates. I am astonished that such a place even exists. It is one of the closest things to pure bliss I have exprienced in the food business. Now, if you consider going to this location please do. I personally rate this location amidst my top 10 food locations ever visited. Also, praise the lord. I went through the drive thru and there was a mess up with my credit card anyways they had made the payment but then they canceled it somehow but yet they still gave me my food. With no hassle they were really cool about it and very understanding so I pretty much got a free meal and I just want everybody to know that and I give them five stars they are really cool and awesome. Can never go wrong with the Lord's chicken. Never disappoints. Everyone is always kind, line moves fast, and the food is great. They don't roll on sabbath though, so get your fix Monday through Saturday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has always been one of my absolute favorite Chick-fil-A's to go to, but my last interaction with a manager I've never seen before has me unsure if I will be back to this location which makes me very sad because again I've always preferred this location the most. The manager I interacted with would not accept my coupons (which were expired, but I had called previously to coming to see if they accepted them and they said as long as it was for their location they would) she even kept my coupons and was quiet rude about the whole thing even though I had told her I had called and a different manager had told me they would still accept them, she did not care. Could have been a bad day, who knows? All I know is that this location typically is amazing, but I did not have a pleasant experience last time I came. Update: Jan 2020- Nothing has changed! Still the awesome fresh and friendly place it has always been. Fresh tasty food, speed of service and excellent customer experience. Not forgetting to mention the smiles on all the employees faces. Makes me want to work here. Keep it up, love this place 💕 This Chik-fil-A has figured it, out even during its busiest lunch rush, there is super fast service and a place to sit. Not just one, two people taking drive thru orders directly from your car window even though it was raining. Yeah, it still is fast food, however, when it’s hot and fresh with an excellent customer experience, it can’t be that bad. Great hard working location with fresh hot food.
