When we arrived, there were 2 or 3 bus loads of kids. The workers handle it without seeming flustered. That line moved so quickly and efficiently. We ordered our food with no problem. It was brought to our table nice and hot. An employee was constantly walking around cleaning. It just a good place to go. Can’t go wrong with fresh waffle fries almost EVERY time I go! Chik-fil-A always has great food, not complaining about that, but the cost was outrageous! I get that everything is more expensive these days, thanks to the terrible economy, but when I ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken, I expected to get something more than 1/3 cup of chicken for the price I paid!! This franchise for some reason only offers police discount but does NOT for Active duty service members, (myself) firefighters or EMTs. Secondly, the order I had placed through the drive thru was incorrect as I did not receive the full order. Finally, upon going through the drive thru, the food was not ready and the attendant had me wait in a handicapped parking space for the food. Absolutely horrendous service. Awesome service, sweet and friendly people! I will say driveway is very narrow so be careful with big long vehicles lol! I had major anxiety taking my husbands truck thru the line LOL take in mind I’m a 5’0 female driving a 2003 Ford F350 diesel. I love chick-fil-a but this one time was disappointing. I went during breakfast and got 2 4 piece chicken-mini, after I got it I went home and they didn’t give us the hash-browns that i payed for so I went back. When I explained it to my previous server they asked on the phone but no reply, so I went to the pick up place and tried to call the workers but they ignored me and continued talking to their colleagues. As always, the food was very delicious. The drive thru service was very fast and efficient for the amount of vehicles that were present. This location has recently been remodeled and it has been a tremendous improvement for vehicle traffic. Overall, this Chik Fil A location is a great restaurant to pickup good food. The new setup for drive thru mobile ordering is very inconvenient. What’s the point of doing drive thru if I’m told I have to come inside to pick up my order because my QR code can’t scan. In my previous experiences, ever since the remodeling things have gone downhill. Customer service is poor, no one greets anymore, the attitude that the team leader gave was very sour! Omg where do I start. So yesterday 11/21/23 I was in drive thru and trying to work and drive I hit the curb so hard to the point my tire went flat. Not to mention I already paid for my food at this point I didn’t even want it I was so frustrated but the manager Noah and I believe Daniel and a few others put my spare on for me and also threw away my trash that was in the trunk. When I say I was so grateful, on top of that I had my 2 small daughters with me. I told them how thankful I was for them to do that and I’ll definitely be back, but not through drive thru 😂😂. Unbelievable that employees are made to stand outside at 7am in 26 degree weather to take orders. This practice should really be looked at during weather with extreme temperatures. I won't be back if this continues.
