Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A I am disappointed. It doesn’t come close to other Chick-fil-A locations. I’ve now only been here a handful of times and I have a gluten allergy so I have to have the grilled nuggets. Every time I’ve ordered here they always have given me breaded nuggets and act as if it’s the end of the world when I go and ask for the grilled ones again. my receipt has always said grilled nuggets as well and they get it wrong every single time. I am underwhelmed by their ability to read Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They don’t take gift cards, the employees took almost five minutes to help me while I stood at the front of the line (they definitely weren’t busy either, the whole time I waited there was like five employees standing around talking to each other about classes), they didn’t give me my sauce and then they acted annoyed when I came back and asked for the sauce again (I don’t feel like I was being rude about it or anything, I’m sure them forgetting was an honest mistake, but one of them scowled at me when I asked, which made me feel bad) It wasn’t even close to closing time either. Worst cfa I've ever been to. The fries were old and mostly crumbs, my sandwich was literally cold to the touch, and the drink had no taste. I went to order, a worker told me someone would be with me in a second, then after aimlessly walking around for a couple minutes finally came and took my order herself. Really sad, because I like Chick-fil-a, but this was by far the worst one I've ever been to. Service Dine in
