Super friendly staff and quick service. Food was pretty good. Both inside and outside seating. Bathrooms relatively clean. It was super busy when I went here today. Plenty of parking and has a drive through too. Kid friendly with a kids menu. James was absolutely patient with me as my bank was having issues transferring my money to pay for my food! Collin is an outstanding manager and even let us eat before we paid for it to enjoy my food with my family and even paid for my sons kid meal! Wow will definitely be back ! This place is superior to all other fast food restaurants. It's the only fast food place I actually want to dine in, and the kids love it too with their small, yet fun play place. I don't say small in a bad way. I love that I know right where my kids are, and I get a breather to eat while they are entertained. How do you forget a chicken on a chicken sandwich? On top of that the staff were extremely rude to US for them forgetting it when asked for the sandwich to be remade how it should be. They also only give us a chicken, did not remake it and refused anything for the inconvenience to drive all the way back there to have it fixed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We finally made our first visit to the Appleton location on College Ave. We had friendly quick service. Maybe too quick. We had just started to sit down & our food was being delivered. Unfortunately our experience was a little disappointing as all our food hardly lukewarm. I had the the original Chicken sandwich, ( only 2 skinny pickle slices) my husband had the Nuggets & Waffle Fries. All the same temperature. Did we like the taste of the food? yes.
