Of course Chick-fil A seems to maintain consistency at most of the locations I have ever been to. The food always is good and the employees' courtesy and politeness is amazing. My husband calls it "Jesus Chicken" and the kids don't appreciate the prizes that i find fantastic. Overall, everyone gets fed fairly well, quickly and politely without frustration or ire while costing a small car payment. Works foe me. Was traveling through Alabama and found this chick-fil-a. Went in and ordered. They were busy but I only had to wait a couple minutes for my food. Everything was very clean including the bathrooms. The people were polite and friendly as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

All you would expect in Chick Fil A! Freshly prepared food, exceptional customer service and a clean, tidy dining area. We had regular sandwiches, crunch kale salad and drinks. Everything was very tasty. I wish other local establishments could offer this same customer experience. The food was good as always but this was the filthiest Chick fil A I have ever visited. The floor was full of smashed food, loose food, and trash. All of the tables were dirty and stains were everywhere. While speaking with the manager I realized how filthy everything was behind the counter and started to point it out and received no reaction. This was clearly poor leadership and management. I would imagine other folks heads would be spinning that work for this company if they visited this location. This location kills the reputation this company has worked hard to keep. The photos that I did get do no justice but I did get a few. We got food to go an 8 pack of chicken nuggets meal with fries and a lemonade and they forgot my fries and my other family members got 2 southwest salads and they forgot the crispy chicken for one of the salads and my 2 family members got 2 drinks and only gave us 2 straws. Worst service I have ever expressed they usually say your order again just to make sure they got everything right and they didn’t even do that. Needless to say i will not be coming back to this chick fil a. Went through the drive thru Food: 3 Service: 1

I’ve always trusted chic fil a with my order, I never even check the bag. But this location has made me lose all trust in chic fil a. They screw up my order and get sauces wrong every time. They ruined my whole meal tonight. I will definitely check the bag at this location every time from here on it. So disappointed this location is tainting the chic fil a name.

The overall atmosphere was great . My drive thru experience was TRASH . My order was completely wrong , when I called they offered to correct my order . When I entered & acknowledged my issue the manager at the drive thru called my order to be remade . I didn’t receive fries with my second combo , when I mentioned it I was told I had to pay for them even though it was their mistake . I normally don’t even go there I use McFarland or the malls location . This location used to be the best in town , fast and fresh food . Since their whole parking lot issue it has been a damn mess . Check your food before leaving . I do appreciate everyone at the front counter making sure I had everything I needed once my order was remade . Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had to come read the reviews to make sure I wasn’t tripping, every time I come to this location my food is ALWAYS cold. The owner of the store even denied me fresh food, in his terms “ I don’t know how fresh we can get it for you” horrible. Save your money and time and just go the McFarland or in north port. Do better chicfila! And clearly I’m not the only one who’s complained about the cold food, SMH! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHICFILA! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
