The staffs are not very friendly and sometimes there are flies sitting on the food kept inside the trays, so i try not to buy anything precooked here..i just buy tosai/puri/roti/goreng2 and its good.. sometimes flies inside the snacks tray..ive told them many times but its good that they are now using a glass cabinet to keep the snacks inside... Drinks are good here..my opinion is that they have a spacious restaurant, at a strategic location but unfortunately they are not utilizing it properly.. too bad Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Delicious food with varieties, customer friendly and reasonable price. During peak time the area busy because of nearby school. Other than that, my siblings and I was satisfied with lunch. The staff here are a useless lot. They're are clueless about customer service. They don't smile. They don't take note of your orders and they don't listen to you. If you're going for breakfast, just don't gi and spoil your day here. And the hygiene level is just superb, wonderful and marvellous. I was disgusted by the stink of the towel they used to wipe the table. It literally smelt like a garbage truck after the waiter wiped the table. When I questioned him, he just gave a stupid answer that he just came to work. The waiter was seen wiping tea that spilled on to his hands on his pants and then continued to handle food. Then the orders were all jumbled between our table and the other tables. The same waiter brought a plate of thosai and handed to my hands. The plate was just so hot because it was kept close to the thosai pan. This could have just hurt anyone who received the plate from him. The food was equally horrible. Bland thosai, bland idly, rava thosai was tasteless. And the waiters are just squabbling between them. A perfect place to screw your morning and spoil your day. We were there 50 minutes and had to cancel the Roti Telur order because it took that long. Their roti canai is mini sized but normal price. Terrible service, around 4 staff were gathered at the cooking area joking and talking. Least bothered about the customers. Worst breakfast experience! Food is good, hygiene is their priority. Even its a bit expensive, but the food is fantastic. They using Ponni Parboiled Rice which is good for health. Mango acar was superb, last but not least, MUST try Bru Coffee with Cow Milk, taste was awesome, sure will pay a revisit and frankly, every penny's worth it.

One of the worst customer service and taste I've experienced. Vadai was way to oily and you can literally taste the oil. Ordered Madras Tea, one of the waiter mentioned that here the Madras tea is the same as filter coffee. Despite not knowing what Madras tea actually, he even charged me with the price of Fresh Cow Milk Tea. Upon asking him , he answered with an unpleasant voice. Well, i would not want a create any scene there and I hope the extra RM2-3 paid could help with developing your customer management skills. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
