When I say this is the best Checkers/Rally I have ever encountered. The customer services is always #1. The food is always fresh and hot no matter what time of day you visit. I drive from New Orleans just to get a meal from here. New Orleans can learn alot from this location. The employees here are always so sweet and professional and the food is always on point! I've seen multiple comments about them closing at 2 despite the hours posted everywhere saying they're open until 3. Just went through and there was someone there but I was just flat out ignored. They're definitely do close at 2 I guess, should fix the hours on google. Service: 1

My husband went through the drive thru Friday night around 10PM and forgot his debit card. He didn’t realize until hours later that he had lost his card. Anyway, we drove up there today in hopes that he had left it there. Thankfully they had placed the card in the safe and even verified his ID before returning his debit card. The staff really went above and beyond! The food & service are always good, they definitely have some great people working there! The line was long before finally getting to order but took just as long to get our food. We ordered chicken bites and fries as well as two swirl ice cream cones. We get to the window, the guy isn't customer friendly at all. Ice cream cones didn't even have the right ice cream on them. We were pulling away before I noticed it. I didn't bother going back thru that line over ice cream cones. Usually, ice cream is like tall and thick. This time it's maybe an inch over rim of cone and thin like melted. Wasn't really good. Our food tasted freezer burnt. We're not going back. Don't want old food, and how in God's name do you mess up on an ice cream cones order? This location lost our business. They advertise open until 3am but I guess these lazy employees made their own executive decision to close at 2 but they still keep online orders on. Saw them handing out Mobil orders after 2am but when I went through they told me they stopped at 2am, even though I literally saw them serving people. Wouldn't refund me my money either. Corporate needs to shut this store down since it's obvious the employees at this location don't want to do their jobs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The only time this place is worth going to is when they first open. Don't ever go past 8pm. People are so slow rude and dirty. Everyone knows it. If your a loser you work the night shift there. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
