I booked to take two guests for a special birthday luncheon three weeks ago. I confirmed with Chapters staff before going today... All was in order. We arrived and it looked fine and the staff were pleasant and friendly. We ordered cooldrinks and then the waitress arrived telling us they had NO FOOD. Apparently they do occasional buffet meals, but there was nothing today. They did not charge us for the drinks, but I left there in total embarrassment with my two birthday guests. It was a total washout.
