It was my first time going to chakula with my whole family and definitely the last time. We didn't even get a chance to taste their food. The cashier accused me of having a stolen bank card when I told her that I have forgotten my pin. I tried twice to let her know that she is offending me but she never bothered to apologise she kept on telling me that the card can't be mine. I asked her to see the manager then she told me that she is the manager then I shouted for help to see the manager.The manager politely intervened and ask Thapelo(the cashier) to apologise but she said sorry with a bad attitude and bad facial expressions . My night is spoilt but I chose to forgive Thapelo I will never set my foot ever again in that place Service: 1
