Staffing issues, cashiers with headphones in and on personal phone calls all the time, kitchen was behind over an hour tonight. And the entire time the ice cream machine was beeping. Coggon Casey's? No thanks... worth the drive to go literally anywhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I checked the website to make sure they would be open before I went that way needed gas only had cash website claims they close at 11:00 and they were already closed at 10:30 left me stranded didn't have enough gas to get to the next town I could have went the other direction and got gas in Manchester

Just went in for gas and a qick bite...cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up the guy ahead of me. If I did have gas to pay for, I would have left my food on the counter. Two other employees were yukking it up and chatting. Finally got rung up, no hello....no thanks for waiting.....my food was cold when .I got to my car..not impressed

Ordered Specialty Taco Pizza. There were hardly any toppings on it. My grandchildren told me, you got took Grandma. Kids don't lie when it comes pizza!!!!! It is pretty sad when kids make comments like that. I am a pizza maker myself and it was bad! If you can't put on more, don't sell it! You could of called it a one topping pizza not a Specialty pizza. Not sure if I will buy another pizza there again, they might all be that way! Ordered 3 large pizzas on Friday evening + one "free" medium. Pizzas were ready for carry-out in 50 minutes, which seemed pretty speedy for a busy Friday night. Large pizzas were exactly as ordered and really tasty; plenty of each ingredient. Medium pizza wasn't ready when we arrived - staff said they had fixed it, but couldn't find it - apparently gave it to someone else?! They did offer to make one while we waited, but we opted not to let other pizzas get cold while they finished the order. DON'T EAT HERE! First, the girl was making wraps on the bar they use to prepare subs, etc. No biggie there, except she couldn't even acknowledge me as I'm standing right in front of her. Too busy making wraps to notice me? No! Too busy texting on her phone, then she go back to grabbing the fresh ingredients to put in the wraps, then back to her phone, repeat. Not once taking her gloves off. Sooooo, all the germs and such on her phone went into every wrap. Leads me to believe they don't put safe food handling standards on high priority. That girl's phone should never have been out at all, much less while preparing ready to eat food.
