Manager was insanely rude to employees. Customer service was awful employees name was Heidi. Very rude to customers, I will gladly drive to Waterloo for my Casey’s needs over ever returning to this one. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Stopped in today to grab a piece of pizza and the two women (girls) making pizzas were being extremely loud and obnoxious by slamming pans, throwing cheeses at each other etc. Then I heard one say to the other, we should make day where we intentionally disappoint customers. Seriously?! Is this what our customer service and workforce have to look forward to?!?!?! Side note: Ashton was extremely polite and courteous!! I could tell he was embarrassed by the two girls. Do better Casey’s!!!

Went in for a pizza like usual, the cashier Isabelle was really nice and we had a good chat while she checked me out for the pizza while it was coming out of the oven. I didn't catch the young man in the pizza area's name, but he was also very friendly and he gave me the pizza "hot and fresh out of the oven". The company must be pretty good to its workers to have such friendly staff!
manager speaks loudly and disrespectfully about other employees. i was disgusted hearing what she had to say as i was checking out. absolutely unprofessional Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has great pizza. I needed a receipt from a purchase i made from the day before and the cashier was able to find it and print it for me. I forgot her name but she was great thanks.

Pick another store to go to. Their gas prices are always 5 to 10 cents higher than the Casey's down the road at 63 and 20. Their prices in the store ring up higher than what the label says and after three times of pointing it out they still haven't changed it. They say they don't know how. I just wonder how many other items we are being over charged on and don't realize it.
Stopped in after storm removed lights & water from our place. We decided to order sub sandwiches & sodas. Sub counter & bins were spotless & both employees were using covid-19 ppe & precautions! We ordered large subs & sodas and chatted with sub makers while they prepared our goods! Fast, friendly, CLEAN service with a smile! Made my storm experience so much better. THANK YOU!
I ordered a sub the people working didn’t know what kind of bread they have and I had to repeat myself 3 times before they repeated my order back. I received my sub and it was mostly bread I had one slice of meat for the ham pepperoni and the hard salami and and I did not get any cheese..... cheddar was ordered!!! Really people get your act together!!! It’s not that hard to make a dam sub!!! I have always enjoyed the Italian sub from several different Casey’s and this was the worst sub I’ve ever had!!!! I do NOT recommend eating their subs in Hudson!!

The staff here literally treat you like family. As always, the pizza is on par or better then any restaurant. Very clean bathrooms and a surprisingly large spirits selection.

Gas pumps are always broken and only pump 2 gallons or less a minute. Casey's needs to step up their maintenence at the Hudson, IA. Store. Store is not that old, but has issues with fuel pumps. Update: Pumps have been repaired. Now pumping as they should. Thank you Casey's.
