They've become so cheap that you no longer get decent lettuce with the burger!!!??? Carl's jr. Was the one I picked over the rest of fast food burger joints because of this. Now it's just as low quality..... I had to put my own lettuce on it just to enjoy the burger!!! Iceberg is poor Man's lettuce, it's flavorless and what's the point of putting it on the burger it's like I'm chewing on celery. Get it together Carl.... We pay enough for the burger to get quality lettuce... don't be a cheapskate. My $2.58 green lettuce... Carl's white lettuce... Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Edit: They went through the process to delete my review so I'm reposting it... Why is everything so tiny I ordered a large fries and a chicken & waffle sandwich both were tiny the waffle/chicken was smaller than the Jr. Cheeseburger. The fry was same size as the medium. Spent 30$ and got very little food. The bacon ranch fries were mostly just a small fry with some bacon bits and maybe a couple drops of ranch. The fries tasted good everything else tasted pretty gross, unfortunately I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to get food elsewhere so I ate it but I would not have paid for it if I had time to get a refund and go somewhere else. I wish I could give this place zero stars! I’m still in shock over the treatment I received by Greg who claimed he’s the manager. If he really is the manager then this makes everything even that much worse Today after spending almost $60 on dinner for my family on Christmas I ask greg as he hands me my order out drive through window “Is this everything ? its all here? He nods yes so I drive all my food home to my family to sit and eat dinner together for Xmas And one burger I ordered with no pickles due to my sons allergies has pickles I only get one of the jalapeño burger’s I ordered ! and it didn’t even have jalapeños on it! And I didn’t receive a cheeseburger from one of my combo meals So half my family is without there food I then try to call they won’t answer! so I get in my car as the rest of everyone’s food is sitting on the table getting cold Drive over and tell the same man Greg who claims he’s the manager that I need 2 jalapeños burgers , a cheeseburger without pickles, and a cheeseburger that was missing from the combo meal Without mentioning that everyone else’s food is going to be dead by the time I get back home And he has the nerve to ask me why I need another jalapeño burger when I receive one I said because the one I did receive had no jalapeño in it so yes I would like two He then had the nerve to ask why I needed another cheeseburger because after all I received one I said because I ordered it with no pickles And he said and you couldn’t just pick them off?? I said “ahhhhh no” I ordered it with no pickles Even if my son wasn’t allergic people who don’t like pickles do not want to pay your high prices to come home and take them off and eat a burger that tastes like pickle juice! He then said no I will give you only your 2 burger’s I don’t have time for this As if I’m enjoying having to drive over twice while my entire family waits while all there food that I just spent $60 for goes cold ! But he doesn’t have time to deal with fixing his mistakes he then grabs my receipt from my hand and refunds me $12 and tells me to go someplace else So in a nutshell Carl jr Ripped me off after spending $60 and completely ruined my family’s Xmas because they don’t have time to deal with customers coming back asking to get the food they pay for and that have the nerve to ask for another sandwich instead of picking the pickles off and dealing with it ! Thanks Greg and Carl jr for an amazing end to our Xmas Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I asked and paid online for a strawberry lemonade and they didn't give it to me, they changed it without telling me beforehand for a normal lemonade which was also more water than lemon flavor, the quality of the food was also very bad, it's the first time I eat there and the last one. Not as good as it used to be. Grilled cheese was not grilled. I threw it out. Ketchup packets were stuck together with old gooey ketchup. Diet Coke was flat. There are better Carl's Jr.s, so drive on. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Went through the drive through, the guy was nice and patient. But it took a while to get my food and I was the only one there. On top of that the fries were flavorless and uncooked/floppy.
