Went to Carl’s Jr to get food for my kiddo. Simple 2 piece chicken strip meal figuring that this place couldn’t manage to mess that up as bad as they do adult orders. BOY WAS I WRONG! Nearly $7 for what is in the attached photo, quarter for size. The meal ended up in the trash when I heard “mom these are yucky.” I tried 1 french fry and spat out the bite. The chicken was also half frozen on top of being more like chicken slivers. In the past month they’ve messed up a total of 5 orders, have done nothing about it. And the price I pay for the same meal goes up about $3 every other night. So far I’ve paid $12 for a meal they claim is $6.55 with tax. Done dealing with this place, I’ll go deal with the obscene lines over at jack in the box, at least you get what you pay for and the food is edible. This is the second time I have been to this location where the employee was standing there on their phone and could not get their attention to order. The first time I had a line behind me honking so I pulled through and left. Tonight there was no one but I pulled around to the window and still could not get her attention. The western burger deal with 11 made three’s by the Suns is the best promo ever!! Huge suns fan and now a huge Carls Fan!!!! Great food and delicious fried zucchini!!!!!! I joined the rewards club to get special offers and deals. When I questioned why my combo was $12.99 when it’s being advertised nationally for $5.99….. I was given the lame answer that the additional cost to use the app. Why would someone join your loyalty program if It is going to cost you more to order your food??? The whole idea of joining your online app, and being a loyal customer is to get benefits not to get penalized. Additionally, when I complain to the cashier that the lemonade was like water, she shrugged her shoulders. I poured it out and refilled my cup only to find that it was like water and not lemonade. I’m very disappointed with my membership in your reward club and see no benefits for having it. If I’m missing something, please let me know. I’m going to search online for the franchise website and complain directly to that site. Don't get me wrong, the people are nice when I go inside BUT the food isn't always fresh even though they're always dead when I go. They also now have the AI drive through, hate it, it kept hiccuping and at the end got our meals wrong and we canceled it. We went on a later date, ordered nuggets and they were not even warm, clearly had been sitting for a long while.

Gold star food. Every time I've ever walked inside to order or gone through the drive through, I'm always pleased with how my food is made fresh and hot to order, it's not just waiting for me under a heat lamp for an hour or so. The staff are always friendly, the location always keep clean and tables are wiped down after guests use them so you aren't sitting down onto the last persons spilt ketchup sticky to the table. We just went to go thru the drive through. We sat in the drive thru for almost 5 minutes without anyone answering us. So we went inside. There were customers inside but no employees. After a minute a young man walked up to the front with the headset around his neck and I told him we were just sitting in the drive thru and no one answered, his response was "ummm ok". So we walked out. If you have nothing but laziness and disrespect, you will not be having my business. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hadn't eaten at Carl's Jr for several years since living in Texas, so it is great that we have these the Valley. The burger was great, but the fries are what seal the deal for me. Stopped in Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat. My usual fast food id Carl's Jr in Quartzsite Arizona. Was excited to see if the food would be the same. Extremely surprised to see the food was even better. The Fry's were freshly made, the star fish was absolutely delicious and the two Jalapeno double cheese burgers were fantastic. If your wanting to try something new in fast food I highly recommend eating at Carl's Jr. You will be satisfied with the food and now you will be back.
