Highly recommended so decided to try them out for dinner. I ordered by phone waited 30 min, get there and they had no record of our order...mk (the seemed to have a lot of order and had some system issue) the apologized put our order in and we decided to walk a little while we waited. This mom and pops was great! This is a delivery/carry out place only with no tables. We had a pepperoni and sausage 10", a Capitol favorite 10" pizza and a order of mild wings. The pizza was delicious so cheesy and flavorful. Really delicious! The wings were perfectly cooked and sauced. Besides the ordering hiccup I do think this place was great and very good. I've been a loyal customer to Capitol Pizza for about 6 years. I always order the same thing, the carry out special with half cheese and half pepperoni. Last time I called to make an order, they refused to fulfill my order saying that the "rules have changed". I tried explaining to the employee on the phone that I'm a regular customer and have literally been making the same order with you guys for several years. They didn't care. I've bought probably 100 pizzas from this place and they want to lose a customer over something so comical and trivial? All I wanted was the one topping applied to HALF the pizza. It's literally less ingredients and less labor. This place always had super friendly employees and good customer service but I guess that has changed now. Overall disappointed with how they've decided to treat their customers and because of that I will never be eating here again. I would rather go to Little Caesars than deal with incompetent management and rude employees. There are better options for pizza in the area. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This really saddens me to post, been coming here for quite some time and have enjoyed every experience up until tonight. Placed a $70 order and it was almost an hour later than its delivery time. My entire order was cold, pizza boxes were smashed. Called and asked to speak to the Manager, was quite rude said there was nothing they could since we already had our food. The service here is just terrible. I just went in and stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. When I was finally acknowledged I was told that it would be 15 minutes for one slice of pizza as the two ladies who had just ordered before me had ordered their last two slices. I understand they would have to make some more, but there was literally two just sitting there, two slices of pizza, and that's exactly what I ordered. Those ladies ordered pizza and something else which needed to be cooked, why could I not have the pizza and they not get the fresh stuff? This is not my first time here but sadly this is the third time that I have gone in and I have never gotten a slice of pizza yet! I have only ordered delivery. There is nowhere to sit inside so I just decided to leave and hit Jim's Burger Haven. I just wish this place would get its act together because it's costing it business. My son and I pass by here all of the time and I always tell him that it has horrible service so I don't want to take him. I love this place. It's always three steps above any of the more common and widespread Chains like the Pizza Huts or the Dominos. Unlike those, I look forward to getting a text message every couple weeks with their coupons or deals. In terms of taste, it's consistently my favorite, never falling in quality once since I found them two years or so ago. As close to authentic Italian as I've tasted while still being recognizably "American Pizza." 5/5 stars The staff are always friendly and willing to help answer any questions. No complaints, and I think that says everything you need to know. 5/5 stars This is not a dine in restaurant. As such, I can't judge them much on atmosphere, but it's been clean and has a certain charm that gives you confidence in the quality of their food. ABSOLUTELY worth your time to try it for yourself. They sent me the wrong size pizza after putting me on hold for 10 minutes. I spoke to the manager and asked to return the 12" pizza and I would even pay the difference of $7 to get my 16" pizza. I was forced to pay $14 on top of my purchase plus he said I would have tip the driver when it was delivered AGAIN. This was the most unprofessional an least customer service-oriented interaction I have ever had! I have worked in customer service for years, and this was an instance of THEM making a mistake and making ME pay for it. Pretty good pizza for denver. Cheesy and they don't completely rip you off on toppings. Crust is softer and thicker than I like personally but it's not too doughy. I like NYC style pizza best and this isn't that, nor do i believe it claims to be. it is pretty good pizza for what it is. And resonably priced. Their wings and salad were good too! Full disclosure for people that like north east pizza, compared to that, this pizza would be a 3. Me and my family ate pizza here and it was very good. The pizza got done very quickly and the pizza itself was also very good. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good. I very much recommend the pizza and the other food and the food served was great. Very good! What happened to capital pizza?!?! It used to be the best pizza in town! Regular crust is now the thickness of thin crust. Sauce is watered down and tasteless! I’m going to have to find out if the other location sold as well. If both are the same quality I had today I will need a new pizza place. Anyone considering pizza from capital do yourself a favor and just go to little Caesar’s and pay a reasonable price for subpar pizza. When I called the owner wouldn’t even talk to me until I threatened to wait on the line until he decided to act like an owner. Just because the new owners have enough money to own a business doesn’t mean they are responsible enough to run a business! Love the ambiance. Feels like a pizza joint. Service was great all 3 times I tried this… I kept coming back hoping i was just getting a bad one. Cheese and toppings are great especially the sausage, delicious and flavorful. Crust and dough too airy, the sauce is non existent. Watery sauce that mostly evaporates.
