Attended a wedding at Drostdy Hotel where the Camdeboo restaurant is situated and the food was out of the world. From the flavourful oxtail, breakfast, lamb shank with meat just falling of the bone to the ginger biscuits in our room at night, out of this world Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was looking forward to this stop. Even knew what we were going to eat. Food, okay. No extras with the very, very pricey, curry and rice. Not even a bakkie of uncooked carrots. The food was on another level. Tucked away inside the Drostdy Hof Hotel in Graaf Reinet, this restaurant served some of the best food I've tasted. The subtlety of the flavors made it more appealing, not less. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had a relaxing afternoon tea & coffee and enjoyed a very tasty regina pizza and a delicious piece of chocolate cake. The beautiful surroundings of the historic Drostdy hotel courtyard added to the ambience. Bongani gave us top notch service.
