The best restaurant in Huaraz (maybe Peru?) We had 1 lunch, 1 dinner and 2 take away sandwiches from here for our day hikes All the food was INCREDIBLE! They even packed up all the takeaway sandwich ingredients separately so the sandwich didn’t go soggy! Recommend the salt loin sandwich/ chicken sandwich for the hike and the salt loin trigotto! Probably the best restaurant in Huaraz for fair prices. The food was so delicious we went here three times during our stay! You should definitely try the Ossobuco - it just melts in your mouth! Excellent food and great service! Intimate and nearing fine dining for a steal of a price. Many other restaurants in Huaraz charge way more for much lower quality. We've been in this tiny cozy place in the middle of Huaraz, it's a little bit hidden but the food is great! We've eaten a lot and everything was really delicious and the prices really affordable, the waitress really kind. Would recommend 100%. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

You get a pretty gourmet experience for a very fair price. It is a modern spin on Peruvian food. I had quinoa with Cordon blue and trigo with Lomo saltado. Both of them are delicious. If you are in Huaraz you should definitely stop for a meal it is an experience! Excellent food! The best dish is the “ossobuco Al vino”, we also had the “quinnoto Al aji Amarillo”, was good to. Was very clean and nice.
