I purchased a complete system at this place. Vu (his First happened to be the same as my last name) was very helpful. He delivered and set up the equipment. Within two months, the amplifier intermittently lost the output on the left speaker channel. I brought it back and received another one after he verified that the amplifier was defective. Overall, i have a good experience doing business with him.

Recently, my dad bought a LEMON KTV system from them for our karaoke system at home. What happened was, my dad bought something from them and wanted to upgrade so he agreed to pay them more money to upgrade the system for him and they said okay they would do it. The thing is, they didn't do it! They literally took apart the system (the one they sent at first) and put it back, then gave it to us. We aren't dumb. We know that this was the old one, not an upgrade one that we paid for. The have horrible customer service and don't know how to treat their customers. Do not buy from this place if you don't live near them, they are very frustrating to deal with. They still haven't given us our new and upgrade system part. Avoid this place and save your money.

Horrible customer service .Order one of their karaoke player , paid in store promissed nextday delivery due to out of stock .End up waited for 6 days .Called store during busimess hour ... No answers .Lucky i paid by credit card , have to dispute charged .They preferred by CASH when i was there with an offer discount and no tax .If i did , dont know what gonna happen .They seem nice in person but when havi g a business better gat some legal protection .

This place unprofessional and rude . i can’t connect youtube on my karaoke so i connect store and the store told me they will connect me back but they don’t. i don’t recommend you guys don’t come this store the owner and employees so unprofessional
