Just had one of the best butterscotch cake ever. One of my friend ordered a surprise birthday cake, butterscotch with caramel topping. The cake was too good: moist, fluffy, and with the perfect crumb (none of that dry or soggy bread with too sugar syrup). The butterscotch flavor was rich and deep, and the caramel on top added the perfect sticky-sweet punch. The cream-to-cake ratio was also absolute perfection – just enough to complement the flavors, not too creamy. I had lots of cake from different bakeries in biratnagar but this one really stands out in taste. Also thanks for delivering the cake on time.
