I decided to check this place out for the first time with my daughter since I had heard good things from others. We really weren't sure what to expect but when we walked in we weren't acknowledged at all. When we walked up to order, they took our orders but everything went so quick! I tried explaining it was our first time there and my daughter and I weren't really sure what to get. We ended up ordering tacos. After receiving our order I was instantly disappointed! I hadn't eaten all day long so I was too hungry to complain. I had to take out most of the lettuce that was in my tacos because it was too much! My daughter noticed a dark spec on one of the pieces of lettuce and as we looked closer we realized it was a bug! So disgusting!! I spit out the rest of my food and went to up to the manager to let her know. She offered me a complimentary dessert and I turned it down. I was so disgusted that we just left. Then my daughter told me to go back. She works in the food industry and knows the protocol when it comes to cleaning produce. She felt a full refund was owed and I agreed. So we went back. I told the manager we were not happy about the food and she gave me a PARTIAL refund. My bill was $33 and some change and she refunded me $14 and some change. Not a good way to conduct a business. A FULL refund was due! Chances that we will be back are slim to none. What a shame! Gots to do better people. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I ordered 2 burritos and while I did receive the burritos, they did not put extra meat like I asked, and it is NOT sweet pork like I ordered. There is nothing sweet about the burrito, and that is my favorite burrito. Won't be going to this store again. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing food made right in front of you!!! There was a line that went pretty quickly, the food tasted great! I opted for yhe green chilie sauce, also great! It has cilantro in it and wasn't too hot at all! The atmosphere was friendly and the bathrooms clean. Overall: I will be back! I have family from out of town and told them the food was good we should go there. It was absolutely filthy. The men’s restroom literally looks like a men’s frat house with all the pee on the toilet the sing looked too dirty to touch the handle to wash my hands. The drink station had food and hair stuck on it. I brought this to the mangers attention and she said look who I have to work with like it isn’t her responsibility to train them correctly. Steven from the line crew was extremely rude and unprofessional. He removed meats from the taco’s and tossed them back into the bin. When asked why are you doing that he said you don’t get extra meat. I didn’t ask for extra meat but the amount of meat that was placed on the taco’s was the same amount I’ve always had until he removed it. Also when it came for the rice and beans we had asked for rice only but we didn’t get the second scoop of rice for substituting for the beans. Then we asked for salsa and we’re told that it would be an additional cost. We were told it was on the menu. We looked at the menu and nowhere did it state it was extra. We then were told well you have to look at the online menu. My family has been going to this location since it opened. We always had a great experience until yesterday. We will not be returning to this location while Steven is employed. Please look at your cameras and watch how Steven treats the customers and you’ll see for yourself how disrespectful he is. $12 enchiladas too much for small portion. I love the tacos here. All the food wasn’t very hot. Why does the kids meal only come with one tortilla and one side it’s too small. The chips and queso was good, but I wished it had been a little thinner. The steak was well seasoned. The lettuce, tomato and cilantro all had a great freshness to them. I would love to give this place the 5 stars it deserves but, I just can't. My house eats here a lot. We just love the food. Not last night though (11-3-23). That was the smallest taco salad I have ever had. I ordered double rice no beans. There wasn't even enough rice to cover the bottom of the shell and what was there was so under cooked it was basically raw. Rice shouldn't crunch like that. I ordered the Asada Chicken (at an additional price keep in mind), there was about an 1/8 of a cup of very small chunks of mangled chicken. They didn't even bother to fill the shell up with the rest of the greens so I could have at least had something to eat. We also ordered 2 borittos with the same issues; nothing inside, and raw rice. I had to walk out after trying to order a few meals to share for a family of 6. $12 for an enchilada meal was pitiful. The quantity that's served is a joke. The tortillas are the size of street tacos. I asked for the rice and beans to go on the side and they tried to serve it in to-go salsa cups. Tiny little cups. Never again!
