Unmatched food in a very calm family friendly environment. I took my three kids (ages seven and under) to this restaurant with hesitation of how well behaved I could keep them in a new restaurant's environment. I was pleased to see very friendly staff making tortillas fresh and employees that were very friendly. We split the cheese quesadilla and the nachos with sweet pork barbacoa nachos. Everything is Chipotle-style (order at counter and customize meats / garnishes) but absolutely MUCH better than any chain. As a self proclaimed person who is EXTREMELY picky of their Mexican restaurants, I'd give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. Best service I've received in quite some time. Cashier was so kind and attentive as well as a hard worker. Dear management: As a former business owner in the service industry, I wanted to say that this gal is a great asset to this establishment/location. She has what it takes to make sure the customer feels well taken care of. I'm impressed. I don't know what her name was but she has blonde hair and was filling orders/cashiering (and made my order) at 1:42pm. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place has always been great, which is why we kept going back for more. It anppears they are now following the shrinkflation trend and have been consistently shrinking portion sizes. Today, we call it quits and will no longer return, as the portion sizes have gotten so small that a good portion of the bottom of the containers is visible. We would be happy to pay more and get “normal” portion sizes. That doesn’t seem to be an option, though. We shops a the nearby trader joe's for years, but never thought of trying this restaurant. My 5 year old daughter wanted to try some tacos so we gave it a try. It's a lot better than we expected. I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm so bummed that it's the only location in western Washington, but the drive from Bremerton to Federal Way was worth it! Right around Christmas I had a battery problem with my car. It was freezing cold and raining outside. Nobody helped me with a jump start, and I was even honking with what limited horn I could get and shining a flashlight out on the road. People were driving up and parking next to me even and behind me just sitting there running their engines refusing to help. I had no choice but to sleep in the freezing cold there overnight. When I woke up, the manager came, sitting there running her car right next to me and talking on the phone. Then she got out and explained to me in a detailed way how she had no time available to help me after I told her what happened and said to wait until she was done doing everything she had to do to open the place up. It was sunny and nice out, and as soon as she left a stranger pulled in and got my car started. It took under 30 seconds to do, cost the guy nothing, and nobody from this place or who went here or drove past it could have helped me out when they were sitting there for long time periods in running vehicles. I will use the money I do not spend here to buy a jump box. Most rude place ever to someone who did nothing wrong I've been in a long time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love the sweet pork salad here with the house dressing. I get that almost every time. My most recent visit was a little more disappointing than usual. When I got my food I got half the meat than the people before and after me got who ordered the same thing. The tortillas are normally warmed up slightly and I want to say with a little cheese, but this time they grabbed the tortilla from a bag that was slightly warm and put it down. The lady ringing up my order put the food of the person in line behind me on my tray that I didn't see until they asked if they could have their own tray. They then asked for the next person's card to pay before I even grabbed my food and it was efficient, but awkward and confusing for the person behind me. Maybe these are new workers because I have been here many times before and this visit was not consistent with other visits I've had here. The food is always great, but the workers are more interested than hanging out with friends than providing a decent service to their customers. 3 workers sitting out with friends or family while my online order wasn’t being made. Sat in the restaurant for 15 additional minutes waiting after it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes prior to my arrival.
