This was part of an all inclusive hotel package for us so I would have been a little more upset if paying off the street. Coffee and cake is €4 You walk in and get told to sit down. Sometimes you get a drink within a few minutes and sometimes not. After nearly being sick on our first hot chocolate and taking note of every other anaemic hot chocolate in the vicinity we started to ask for a second scoop of chocolate in our drinks. So highly recommend asking for this if you like more than hot milk and cream. After you have had your first drink it's almost impossible to get a second drink without standing up and waving a flag. Some people say the cakes are really tasty but my experience is they are like all southern Europe flavourless cream paste like cakes. It seems if you walkin in off the street or you are a guest that's not all inclusive you get table service a lot quicker. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If you intend to use this cafe (located at the front of the hotel) as part of your all inclusive deal. Don't bother Service is non existent Staff seemed stressed and not exactly cheery. If you order a drink expect a 30 minute wait Joke Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The Asian waiter and the lady with blonde hair and small bun were the nicest of staff in the whole Cafe experience we had in db hotel. They always remembered what we wanted and ordered before and were always smiling. The ice coffee and chocolate cake was the best that we had for days also the coconut pie was fresh . Service Dine in Meal type Other
Came for the cakes and the rainbow and cheesecake didn't disappoint. They also offered the Maltese qassatat

Lot of all inclusive tourists from the hotel. Service is stressed. Cake and coffee is ok. Ice cream is not the best. There are much better places near by. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We stayed at the DB San Antonio Hotel before Christmas and often spent time in this cafe watching the world go by from the conservatory . They serve a wide range of quality coffees, teas, alcoholic and soft drinks, snacks and delicious dessert cakes. The service is always excellent and Clara in particular was amazing.
