We stayed at the BW Premiere in Del Mar and gave the Cafe Del Mar on-site a try. What a hidden gem. It is a little store and Cafe, but the food is excellent and it sits adjacent to the patio at the hotel. Lots of local folks stopped by for coffee during their morning hike. We got a fruit bowl and a breakfast burrito. Both were fresh and tasty. And the price was incredibly reasonable. Five stars for the service and food. I gave four stars for the atmosphere because it is just a little storefront, but do not let that deter you. Unfortunately, during my recent visit I only had two meals in Cafe Del Mar, a breakfast and lunch. Loved the food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Highly recommend the powerhouse burrito (we subbed the bacon for sausage) and acai bowl! Both has great portions and delicious. Staff were always friendly. Price per person $10–20
