Best cafe in instanbul for coffee. Amazingly smooth. If you come you must try the croissant with the honey, cheese and olive oil. Out of this world. Would love to come back. Cafe Bianchi feels like a little slice of Melbourne on the edge of touristy Istanbul. Barista and host Yusuf lives up to both roles: he can whip up a long macchiato or an iced latte with beans and technique that will satisfy the pickiest Aussie, and he is a charming and thoughtful host and raconteur. He was very kind in taking an interest in our stay in Istanbul and making great recommendations for places we should visit. He even took time out to take us to his barber for a haircut and a facial. They advertise its opened till 19:00 on Google maps but when we got there at 18:10, the barista shrugged the shoulders and said it's closed, today they feel like closing at 6pm👀 what a waste of time. P. S The reply was it's opened till 18:00 but then change it on Google maps so people don't get dissapointed!
