What an incredible place! We love Mexican food and this was top notch. The owner is awesome, you can tell how much love he puts into his restaurant. Living in Europe, it's nearly impossible to find good, authentic & reasonably priced Mexican food and we certainly didn't expect to find it in Thailand but we did! Definitely come here and try the tacos and the amazing homemade salas! 🌮🔥Hidden gem alert🔥🌮 Living in California for over 5 years , I’m obsessed with street tacos 🌮. And surely I missed it even with an excellent Thai food options here in Thailand 😌That craving brought us here. OMG!!!! Extremely friendly hospitality, outstanding tacos and quesadilla -flavorful, colorful, lot of texture and flavor, level of spice to my absolute liking; nice decor and vibe overall ! 10 out of 10🔥🔥🔥 I also always love to watch chefs in their kitchen- and was spying for a little, can definitely say everything made with SUCH A PASSION here .💜 P.S. big hugs to a lovely lady waiter , we miss her beautiful smile! Wooooooow, this food was amazing. We have been looking for good Mexican in Asia for the last 7 years. Found it!! The salsas were very flavorful, the meats were juicy and tender, tortillas soft, and margaritas delicious. Trust me, this was the best western food we had in Samui. What a stunning place I went there last night and had a great time from the moment I entered that place I felt fantastic. Fantastic food made from the heart you can tell they really cook with passion it's been a pleasure to eat there. Both tacos I tried were awesome texture wise, freshness, flavor and combination which you can choose what suits you best. The churros brought me back some memories and filled me with joy. I had a long talk with the owner's who so far been some of the most awesome people I met out there during my trip. Definitely up there with the best of Mexican restaurants in Thailand. Can compare with many Bangkok restaurants. Food here is flavorful, owners are attentive and explain the food and flavor well, and the flavor is really good. Perhaps I would’ve liked some availability of spicy sauces to add to my food but really also the food didn’t need it. If I lived in Lamai, I’d be a regular here. What a find!!! Loved this little Mexican place! I found it on Google Maps and wanted to check it out for my love for Mexican food & all the good reviews! It didn't let me know! The place felt like a real taqueria and the food seemed very authentic! I tried the quesadillas with barbacoa and the "street margarita"! Yummy!!! Great service, great food & atmosphere! A small restaurant with great atmosphere. Even had Mexican music playing in the background. A little hard to see as it is located just off the main road (15m) on a small dirt soi. The menu is very straightforward and gives you quite a few options for each dish. Order came quickly. I got the pollo asada quesadilla which was delicious and the barbacoa burrito with pico de gallo to go. Give it a try if you're in the area.
