Really good tax max food. We were in the area living close by in Airbnb for El Yunque national Forest.
The staff is very nice and their interiors were also very attractive. Their nachos tasted really good. I just wish for more tourists in this area that would be really good for local businesses.

Food came out wrong twice and then cold when it finally arrived. The Next tables order was also wrong. My girlfriend was done eating before I ever got my “correct” cold order and to clarify it was not only cold but still missing the guacamole I ordered. We had to ask for our waters to come before our food and the girl tried to charge us again. Had to remind her we already paid for them. Wouldn’t go back. Here’s their chips and cheese… 😮 Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I gave my plate back and walked out.

If there's one thing that can make or break a dining experience, it's the little details. BUTAQUE Tex-Mex-Food certainly has its strengths, but during my recent visit, I couldn't help but feel that something was missing. That missing element? Hot sauce.
The ambiance of the Restaurant is cozy and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive and our needs were promptly addressed. However, when it came to the food, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was lacking a certain punch. That's where a simple side of hot sauce could have made all the difference. A selection of hot sauces, ranging from mild to extra spicy, would have allowed food to customize their meals to suit their taste preferences. Whether drizzled over fries or used to add a spicy kick to a Burrito, Taco, or Quesadilla, hot sauce has the power to transform an ordinary meal into a memorable culinary experience.
The chips were not hot. It seemed evident that they were from a ready-made package.
I hope management takes my review positively and corrects the above-mentioned things.

Our first time dining in and we enjoyed as always. First time trying their elite bowl which was amazing! Dessert was great also! SN: if you’re staying nearby in the Fajardo/ Las Croabas area the delivery is clutch.

Tacos with Chips
Went to this place twice, it turned out to be one of my favorite places during my stay of 1 month in Puerto Rico. The waitress Astrid and the owner were very kind and friendly, helped us translate the menu and even find our own way home when our phone died. The food is also amazing, I loved every single dish I ordered. The environment is clean, cool and well designed. Definitely would recommend, 5 out of 5!
Great experience, will definitely come back. We went on a Wednesday night and it was not busy at all. Service was quick and food was even quicker. We had the family combo of burritos were 4 can eat and be full. And the best part is that the visit was not expensive at all. Service was excellent, food tasty and flavorful. Love it

From the facade to the final bill, this restaurant delivers on atmosphere and excellence. Our server, Astrid, was helpful and friendly! The food was fresh and refreshing! Exquisito! Bravo Butaque!

It was a scramble to find a restaurant open and we finally found Butaque. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. Our waitress Shadday was great and both the quesadilla and taco salad were delicious and fresh. The best part of the meal was by far the fried cheesecake for dessert. This is a MUST GET 11/10!!!
