Our burgers were absolute flavor bombs! We loved the buns and the fresh taste of the patties and vegetables. The clever, eco-friendly packaging allows you to hold the burger and eat without too much mess. My daughter said her caramel milkshake was the best milkshake she had ever had. The ‘Most’ organic soda juices are also a recommended choice. Yes it was more pricey than what we usually pay for burgers but well worth the cost on our opinion. Staff were fairly efficient but a more person connection with us as customers would have made me give the 5 stars.

Always great quality food, really impressed with speed and loving the VIB app… some great deals. I’m not a fan of people, but it’s definitely a place I don’t mind going to, and you can get in and out with your order without having to be surrounded by people! It’s a little loud so I always order online and just pick up as I just can’t hear anything being said! But being half deaf doesn’t help that! Absolutely highly recommended, and any issues are always sorted quickly. Very friendly staff, and got a ‘Happy Birthday’ when collecting my free birthday burger! Excellent! Tasty food, friendly team. Love the new packaging for the burgers. Update: Still so good Chicken Poppers are sooooo yum usually they come with sauce but I had to share with a fussy kid. Next time I won't be sharing 😅

DISSAPOINTING! I ordered a double American muscle burger with the extra BBQ sauce & bacon. The bacon was dry / hard & flavourless. It was like it had been on the grill for ages, dryed out and was an afterthought of that'll do for this burger & how many more I wonder?? I paid $28.00 for this including a bottle of fanta! I initially called in to make a complaint about it after a few days as I thought that this isn't good enough. I spoke to a woman manager their & told her of my experience as I said I'd rather ring the shop than leave a bad review. She said she'd get the owner or something to that effect?, well it was someone else to call me back to resolve it & to date I have heard nothing. Hence the bad review!!! I would advise anyone if you are not 100% satisfied with your meal to complain at the time & get it resovled their & then as it won't be followed up if you call in to complain. You'll just be another after thought! Their cooking knowledge / skills are lackadaisical & their customer service has no substance like their dry / hard bacon. We have many beautiful / varied eateries in Palmerston North. You are welcome. Enjoy : ) Oh Burgerfuel & if you take my review seriously then I will consider your establishment decent enough to have dinner with you & I will promply take down this review.

I am so disappointed with this particular BF store. When they first launched the new rewards website I ordered and it had a glitch when I went to pay so I ended up paying twice and ordering the same thing twice. When I went to collect it, I explained what happened and they gave me 1 order and said they will refund the mistake. This was 2 months ago. I have gone in two more times since then and have always asked nicely to talk to someone and ask about my refund as I have never received my money back and did not get the second order that night. They have told me all the orders have been refunded (mine has not) They have taken photos of my orders, I have emailed the orders to the store, they have taken my phone number each time and someone will follow up. No one has and it’s been months. So absolutely disappointed. Surely a burger chain across NZ can refund a $25 order when it was their mistake with a new website launch. Terrible management if you can’t follow up one refund when I have asked 3 times over the past two months.

Pathetic. Went there to to get my son a Burger for his birthday. The young "man" with the unwashed hair spoke over us, interrupted us and overcharged us. Had to call him back and explain what we wanted again. Deciding not to make an issue of the fact he over charged us by $10. They still got the order wrong. Very dissapointed. I get that you get busy. But really. $79 later and the burgers look like they belong in n trash can with the grilled chicken so thin it might as well have been luncheon. Maybe turn the music down so you can actually hear what your customers are saying and wait for them to finish speaking before ringing up the order.
