Went to try the flexi royale burger and it did not disappoint! It was really good and tasted like chicken. The staff was nice too and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was that there was no AC which is bad in this heat. Other than that a great place to eat! Today I was at burgur king with my husband nearly at 21:45...we order 2 big meals of crispy chili chicken..but as usual 4th time dull staff mis the double piece of chicken in both burgur..my husband complain about it..First wait 40 mins and next 20 mins wait for correct burgurs..And when she making my husband ask her to put source but she told you want burger or not..And she was very rude..45 mins wait and face rudeness..my husband work as delivery boy at Wolt...when my husband angry for her rudeness she was warning to my husband about to complain to Wolt but that time we was at burgur king for dinner and my husband was not at delivery job..very rubbish staff..next time we will never go for eating.. If the place is supposed to be opened at 10:00, then in my mind it’s lined-up to serve food at this time. Arrived at 10:12, staff still cleaning outside, nobody to serve at the counter, getting the meal ready takes really a while (17 minutes from the order)... Maybe starting earlier with all the prep be a way forward... 10:42 outside prep finished.

It only gets one star because you can't give less. Awful service. I seriously don't think the staff have any training for the job they're doing. Even when it's not busy they struggle to put orders together. 40 minutes to get a couple of burgers and fries in a bag seems to be normal here. Unless you've got all day go down the road a few hundred metres to McDonalds. The food's just as bad but much quicker.

Loud and stressful environment, toilets are available but are so nasty/unsanitary that your safer off doing business outdoors and the rooms lack proper signs to tell the customer what's in there. Employees seem to lack coordination and basic knowledge of their own restaurant, when I was ordering it was looking at a combination of chicken little and welcome to the farm - chaos and mayhem would love dining here. Don't eat here if your order contains anything that you want to subtract, cross contamination of foods seem to be a common type of occuring theme - that said, if you have a food allergy and/or difficulties in your diet then you have been warned. My only wish right now is to NOT GET SICK, f_@# my life and pray to jeebus.

The service is so slow, for two burgers we had to wait 27 mins, and the burgers were cold and overcooked and the fries was cold, it wasn’t busy in the store at all. the staff needs training
